As the responsible party for this company & a solid member of the collision industry I am concerned with a customers satisfaction . We as company are 50 plus years in business & this is not by ignoring customers expectations . Whether it is insurance or customer pay we have strived to resolve all of a customer concerns . When a customer has a legitimate claim and even when they dont there are avenues of resolution , but then you have to face the party you are accusing & validate the wrong doing not just manufacture a claim to attempt to slander someone to make themselves feel better

Got a good estimate. quality workmanship is going to be done on my vehicle.ken, the owner is a very experienced and knowledgeable craftsman. local owner, local business, took the time to tell me everything that was going to be done and what was needed. reasonable, honest, in fact I think if I would have gone anywhere else the estimate would have been twice as much. thank you ken. would I go back again, definitely.!...

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car. Ken went that extra mile to make the painful situation of having my car wrecked as painless as he could. He handled the insurance company from start to finish, got the job done in a timely manner and it looks beautiful!

Beware. Our car is damaged more than before we brought it there. We expected that when we showed them there would be no problem with fixing it, Ken said not his fault.
