We have had the worst experience ever with this cleaners. It has happened for the fourth time now, that our clothing was lost. We picked up the dry cleaning which was for the wrong name and wrong phone number. It looks like our clothing was given to someone else. In another instance earlier this year in April our receipt was in the name of the wrong individual. Overall we have lost about $300 worth of clothing. I understand mistakes happen but the owner was not helpful at all. Instead of trying to help and figure out the issue, she was very defensive and accusing us that it was our fault. How is is our fault that our clothing was given to somebody else? Avoid this cleaner at all cost.

I have been going to this cleaners for the past 10 years, and I have only good things to say! They are very friendly and they try to accommodate the customers need accordingly. They have excellent service and are professionals in what they do.

$10 to get a suit cleaned and it wasnt even for same day pick up! The woman then tried to bargain with me for $8.50, but I guess the drive to another cleaner is worth the time and money. All they want is your money here. Avoid if possible!
