Can I pick zero stars? I used these guys a few times a few years ago, and they ruined my clothes repeatedly, and did not fix it. So I wait a while and tried again recently, and my wifes been dropping my stuff off too. Same problems, which I first notice when I'm sitting a meeting and look down to see a massive crease pressed into my sleeve end. So I get home and look at the rest of the shirts. I'm LIVID. Not all, but I have a pile of shirts to bring back with terrible creases in the sleeves and backs, etc.; Over-pressed, with a shine on the collars on others; Collars that aren't lined up with the neck line; No buttons broken this time, but I have some nice shirts that have never been pressed before and I'm afraid they've been ruined. They won't touch my clothes again - I blame the careless use of those machines they use. I should have been tipped off by the use of the QC tags, when there's no way they could inspect every shirt, but need to know who to replace.. Don't go here. Save yourself the stress, and your shirts the abuse.

For laundered shirts, CD One Price is good. Fast and inexpensive. However, theyve shrunk two suits in the last year when I requested dry cleaning service. The first was a total loss--had to replace my mainstay navy Hugo Boss suit. When I brought the second suit (a bespoke 2-piece) back to the tailor in Chicago to see if it could be saved, he asked which dry cleaner had shrunk it. He knew of other customers whose garments had been damaged by this same CD One Price location in Arlington Heights, though he operates in downtown Chicago (?!). Conclusion: I will continue to bring shirts here for laundering. But for expensive items and dry cleaning, will find another vendor.

Horrible customer service. They recently stained a shirt so I brought it in so they could try to get it out again. While in the process of removing this stain, they managed to lose 9 of my shirts. I was told I would receive a phone call once my shirts are found. Never received a phone call. I stopped in to see if my shirts were found (luckily they were - but no one contacted me) only to learn my stained shirt was permanently damaged. Ive been going here for two years and will never go here again. New staff and they commonly lose and destroy clothing.

Im going to stop bringing my clothes here. I was a loyal customer since they opened this branch. Lately they have been shrinking my shirts. I bought 3 new shirts I tried them on before taking them and they fit perfectly. When I picked them and tried them they were smaller than when I originally took them in. You just lost a customer. To everyone I suggest you check the items you take in

Great service and prices! Ive been coming to CD One Price since they opened and I have never been disappointed. You are able to get in and out quickly and you are always greeted when you walk in. My dry cleaning is done most times, the same day and the prices cant be beat! Wouldnt think of bringing my clothes any where else.

I love that CD leaves no doubt -- you know what youll pay when you drop off, you know it will take 24 hours or less, and you know that picking up is just that: picking up, already paid up. I REALLY like the email that tells me my clothes are ready for pick-up -- its often been way ahead of schedule too. Excellent!

Great cleaners and a great price. Very efficient and the workers there always appear to be having a great time. Very pleasant to deal with. I especially like dropping off cleaning on Saturday morning and picking up donut hole and some coffee. Having Sunday hours is also a plus for an absent-minded old guy.

Pricing is great! Compared to other cleaners their prices are significantly cheaper. Ive had pants, dress shirts and winter coats cleaned here, no problems! Everything is cleaned in a very timely manner and they do a good job!

They do a good job, but they are not very friendly or accommodating. There are definitely better places in Arlington Heights to take your clothes. But in a pinch this place is just fine.

Staff is good and very cooperative, helpful with always smile but must to mention that is technical is of folding the neck couler of the dress shirt is always an issue.
