If there is one thing they are good at, it is LYING TO YOUR FACE. I brought in 2 pairs of pants, 1 sweater and 6 dress shirts. It was my first time getting anything dry cleaned, so I asked how much the shirts would cost to have cleaned - $2.73/shirt. My total bill was $84.70 when I came in two days later. Apparently since they are express shirts and have spandex in them, it is $9.40/shirt to clean. Thats fine, but I wish they wouldve told me up front. I asked why she told me 2.73/shirt when I brought them in and she said that she told me $9.40/shirt (trust me, she didnt...at $9.40/shirt, Ill take my chances with my washing machine and spend the time ironing them). She finally offered to take 15% off my $85 bill and in bizarre "Martinizing" math 15% of $85 = $6. I finally asked Nina if I could speak to the manager and she gave me a phone number that went straight to a spanish speaking voicemail that had a full mailbox, so I couldnt even leave a message. In the end, they had my clothes hostage and I had to pay them to get them back. Id advise to stay as far away from the Martinizing on Layton as you can.

It pains me to give them a single star. The place on Layton used to be solid. I used them for 6-7 years. However, new staffing has caused problems each of the last five times Ive dropped things. 1) Brought a suit in for some mild alterations (which they didnt do), but did some others and charged me $50 2) Lost some shirts. 3) Didnt know the pricing on certain items. Ask I call them back to find out what it cost. 4) Destroyed some shirts 5) Destroyed some more shirts Each time I made them aware of these problems, the person behind the counter was just frazzled and said "they would have a manager call me back." When/if this manager called me back they would offer no apologies or resolutions. Instead, he accused me of making up the lost items. He accused me of the shirts being "old". And the issue with alterations "is their policy"?!? Honestly, this place is comically bad. Stay away

I was given a price at the pick up time, after a week contact them because no one contact me, then I was shocked with new price! 3 higher times what I was quoted , not coming back for basic service, stay away, they will lie and tell you oh she is new a employee and she does not know the prices, if this is true then maybe she has to be will educated about pricing before you guys let her quote the people, poor service poor MGMT, very upset, and agree with other reviews!

I used to love this place. They used to have a great staff who remembered my name and bent over backwards to provide exceptional service. The last year or so, they cant seem to hang onto good employees, and the quality and service have really plumetted. Among other things, they keep losing my clothing. They are pretty affordable, but thats about the only nice thing I can still say about them.

The staff is rude & unprofessional. I wanted to complain & I was told a manager was not available until Wednesday. They are also overpriced! I took in a bunny costume, the school was charged for each individual piece. Which I didnt understand, each foot & each hand. It cost over $100.00 to get the costume cleaned. That was more than we paid for it. I will not be going back!

How does a business not answer their phone at 9:45am on a Tuesday morning? Ive been trying to call for the past 20 minutes and no one is answering. Please find a different place to take your dry cleaning. This place needs work.

Very happy with this cleaners. It is not cheap but I get the price I pay for. They have great service. I brought in a shirt with a big stain on it and and they got it out. You cant even tell it was there. Highly recommend.

Lost my clothes, told me my items were ready (when they werent), cant remove stains, and are expensive compared to other places. I recommend OxyClean for stains and learn to iron. Youll be much better off.

Have used this cleaners often and been very happy. It is not a low price cleaners which is fine as long as I get the service I expect. Which I have. Cant recommend them enough.
