It seems they arent all that interested in really making their customers happy. They wouldnt redeem my $40 Groupon just because it wasnt presented at the time of drop-off. The biggest problem I have with the experience is that they just didnt seem to care and werent willing to negotiate at all. Perhaps my customer service expectations are too high but for $60 in cleaning I expect better. After I get an opportunity to use my Groupon I will definitely never give them my business again.

This place is awful. I lived in the third ward 2 years ago and they were bad, I moved back to Milwaukee in the Third Ward and they are still bad. I buy expensive pants for work and a total of 5 times they have ruined it....five! Maybe it is my fault to thinking they would change, but they DO NOT CARE about customers. Thats OK, I will take my 10 shirts and 5 pants and other stuff of biweekly deliveries somewhere else.

I dropped off a nice satin quilt to have dry cleaned and it came back with large rips in it. They didnt bother to tell me (I discovered the damage when I got home). I never received a sincere apology either. I am very disappointed with the service I received. Do yourself a favor and take your items somewhere else!
