FIRST AND LAST WASH Provided unresponsive owner with written documentation from Pottery Barn manager, confirming that our permanently damaged $400 silk channel PB blanket had been cleaned improperly: washed vs. dry cleaned. Owner still, does not return calls and we visited the business twice, hoping for a reasonable resolution. This extremely costly, special blanket was in pristine condition, never been cleaned, and now, looks ten years old. Please share. We so hope no one experiences this

Turn around is a little slow, but they do an excellent job. I took a white, silk robe to them and it came back looking like new! Usually if you drop off on Monday its ready Thursday after 5pm.

I called to ask about turn around time on having a few shirts dry cleaned, and was asked to "call back later". No thank you.

Since they dont have hours posted, Im fairly sure they are 8-7 on weekdays, 8-4 on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
