Ive just about had it with this cleaner, and its manager/owner. Ive had an unusual number of buttons that go falling off from the heat of their presses. Im fully aware of ware and tear, but it takes only a little care to ensure no further stress is made in applying high temperatures when pressing the fabric. Blame the automated equipment is his excuse. Well, back in IL I used CD One Price; and their same equipment never abused my clothes in the many years I had my dry cleaning done by them. The final straw is as of today, New Years Eve at 3:30 in the afternoon. Theyre suppose to be open til 5:30pm. When I dropped off my dry cleaning on Thursday after 11:00am I asked the girl behind the counter, "Are there any special hours this weekend with New Years?" She said, "No." Nothing was posted ahead of the holiday as it was for Christmas. I arrived to find theyre closed; and a note on the door with their revised hours. Not only was I screwed by not getting my suits, another person showed up to retrieve their dry cleaning for tonights festivities. Im so pissed I could spit in the managers eye... and there are dozens of expletives for him to hear. I will be checking out the local competition to see what they have to offer. Its going to be hard bringing my business back to this business. Theyre going to have to kiss my ass big time. For others, dont say that youve not been warned. But let your own experience be yours to judge. Its just not worth the money you think youll save... youll spend it in replacing buttons and any other repairs. Sincerely, One Pissed Off Marine.

Hired staff provides excellent service, however owner should not talk to customers. He has poor communication skills, and when issues arise with the service, he does not provide much sympathy or help. Online presence is weak as well...a few weeks ago said they are open until 4 on Sundays, and I went there at 3, going 1/2 hour out of my way, to pick up some shirts I needed...business was closed, and sign on the door said open until 2 on Sundays. They have since changed the Sunday hours. Credit card policy is also not posted online... not allowing credit card payment under $10 is inconvenient, and not with the customers interest in mind. I patronize this business because the hired staff is really nice, and the price is right, poorly managed.

Absolutely the worst dry cleaning place on the market. Pretty much ruined a perfect black suit by burning the jacket. Refused to acknowledge they had done it and then blamed it on the customer. On asking if they would even do something the attendant pretty much dismissed the claim and said the owner will do nothing. I asked for a number to reach the owner at and the attendant claimed she didnt have one. Kept avoiding giving us the owners schedule. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CLOTHES TO THEM!! They will ruin them and claim you are responsible.

HORRIBLE!!! I took a brand new, off white Calvin Klein skirt (with the tags on it) & it got completely ruined. The owner never apologized & only said it was Calvin Kleins fault for making that type of tag. The owner argued, yelled, was very rude & never took responsibility. Basically, a brand new skirt is ruined & of course they lost a customer, but Im hoping something will be done when I contact the BBB.

They tore up my shirt during washing but keep insulting me and arguing with me, by giving me excuse that maybe my shirt is too old and it "tore it self up" during washing, but its not their machine that did it. Shirt was not old, i didnt want to argue it. Customer appreciation skills 0.Well I lost a shirt, but they lost long time customer, in a long run, their loss.

Great job ,great service and best prices I have ever seen . They removed a stain from my dress that has been there for a year and two other cleaners said it is permanent . Dress $5 plus tax. Pants and jackets 3.59 plus tax . Go in before 9 and get it by 4. Professional operation

Horrible service, first they took $8 from me, second they didnt clean my jacket good, and third they damaged my buttons and broke my zipper. They refused to admit that they broke it and told me they could send it to get fixed but had to charge me. Never going back there again!

The best cleaner I havd ever gone to . The prices are awesome! $8 for my husbands 2 piece suit and $6 for my sundress. Dropped off my dress at 8:30AM with ton of stains and it was perfectly clean at 4:30PM.!!
