NEVER EVER use them for dry cleaning services. They wrote my last name on the inside hem of over 12 shirts with a felt tip marker. Ive never been more appalled in my life. There are no signs ANYWHERE inside that say "We will damage your garments by writing on them". Im taking them to small claims court for ruining several $100 custom dress shirts of mine. I doubt Ill ever collect any money. Ive used several dry cleaners that use tags through button holes or even safety pins, but never have I seen anything this ridiculous. STAY AWAY!
