I switched to Natural Cleaners after being a regular client at Martinizing. The environmental friendly dry cleaning process they use was a huge selling point for me. When I told the owner Sam about my lackluster experiences with the former dry cleaning company he welcomed me by assuring me that I will never have any issues with Natural Cleaners. Needless to say that I have been 110% happy with them and am a loyal client! He even personally brought my dry cleaning to me at work one day when I needed my suit for a special event and couldnt make it there in time to pick it up myself! Excellent customer service with an environmentally friendly process. Its a win-win!!

I really hate to write negative reviews, but I gave Sam the manager, every opportunity to make me satisfied. Instead he yelled at me and tried to make me feel as if I had caused the problem. The seamstress hemmed a new skirt in a very uneven way. The skirt was probably uneven to begin with. I wanted it even across the bottom, which I said and expected because she was a professional. Instead it was very "wonky" I told Sam that I wasnt happy, not angry and he turned it on me. I really didnt expected the verbal abuse so I took the skirt and left. There are hundreds of cleaners out there, so why would I go back to a place where the manager yells at you?

I dropped off a suit here last week that I needed the next day. Not only were they able to get it back to me by the next morning, but they found money tucked away in one of my jacket pockets. They put the money aside and returned it to me with the finished suit. Very good customer service and a great product!

On my first experience at Natural Cleaners my favorite sweater came back with a quarter size hole in it. I asked to talk to the owner but he refused to come out. The clerk said "he is this way". Attached is a picture.

Very poor service, price quotes not honored, the owner Sam Kim is rude and verbally abusive to women. Read other reviews, this is very hit or miss on being satisfied.
