To anyone who may be looking for a dry cleaners in this community: keep searching...We started using Crystal when we moved to Downers Grove about one year ago. On two different occasions, I brought in an expensive suit jacket that was missing one of the four buttons on the left sleeve. Each time, I brought the MATCHING button to be sewn to the sleeve and each time the jacket was returned with my order without the matching button attached. Of course, they lost the buttons that I have provided. Now, I have no more matching buttons and I am left with a suit jacket which is missing a button on the sleeve. I will be forced to try to find a similar alternative after repeatedly providing the EXACT button. SEVERE LANGUAGE BARRIER

I have been going to this cleaners since I moved to Downers Grove from Chicago. The pricing and service is excelent. I use them every week and have had no issues with them. I believe that they were recently purchased by new owners, but the new owners seem just as involved with the day-to-day business as the old owners were. The staff is always friendy, patient, and kind to me and I will continue to use them.

I brought a stained duvet cover here to be cleaned. They charged me $35 and folded the duvet so the stain didnt show on the hanger. I brought it home to put on the bed and it looked like they had not even tried to treat it. I brought it back and wanted my money back and they refused.

Ive had my dry cleaning done here off and on for at least ten years. They are more pricey but they do better work than the one price shops. Ive also had pants hemmed with excellent results at a very reasonable price.
