Im absolutely disappointed about this place. Ive moved to Schaumburg and looking for dry cleaning service close to me. I found this place - so many positive feedbacks - and decided to try. Owner was really nice, but quality of cleaning was under standard - some stains on necklines of shirts doesnt came out and I needed to cleaned them again. Now I more then sure, this is a one of way to makes money - because I pay for extra cleaning and afteranafter an extra cleaning shirts really clean and all stains came out (magic?). But really bad thing happened a week ago. I left my favorite design skirt (Jil Sander) early morning for cleaning. Owner wasnt there, so the item took his helper (a woman). She said that She do not know how to use a computer and cant give me any recipe. But she said that when her boss will come he will enter my item to the computer based himself. In the same moment I saw how an other guy who came with me left his items without any recipe and thought this is normally. Later, in this day I left them few items again (without recipe again). Nex day, When I came to take my items, there was all items except my skirt. The owner wasnt there, so the helper-woman said she has no idea where is my skirt and I need to talk directly to her boss. She said I can left him a notice and he call me back. Nobody call me. Then I left a notice three times - no calls. I was there 4 times, but never can catch the boss. I have no recipe to prove that I really left the skirt - because the women-helper do not know how to use computer!!! Very comfortable isnt it? I want to become their regular customer, but Instead of this I leave the negative feedback. Just beware and take recipes for items you left. Do not be trustful like me.

Love this place! Really nice people and they do an excellent job! On my first visit, I was surprised that theyd sewed the missing buttons back on my favorite coat! How they found matches, lol, Ill never know. I appreciated this very much and they have my business forever. On my 2nd trip last week, they removed every stain off my white winter coat. And did 4 coats in less than 24 hours. Thanks guys for being THE best!

I can not say enough good things about this place and the family who runs it. They care about their customers and are beyond helpful. Between my daughter and pets pur clothes take a beating and always come back clean. And you cant beat the prices. I rent and dont have my own washer dryer hookups it would cost me so much more to use the laundry facilities in my complex or go to a laundry mat

5 stars as always. Was on an excursion outside the country and completely ruined my hiking shoes. I asked pete if he took care of it. He didnt but a third party company that works with him did. It was a bit on the pricey side but the shoes came out tidy and perfect. Wouldve paid 3 times as much if I had to buy the same pair so I have no regrets
