Horrible cleaning, horrible service. I dropped off 3 dresses and a shirt to be dry cleaned and the shirt had 5 flowers sewn on the front. When I got home it only had 3. I called CD One to tell them that Id just discovered theyd somehow ripped 2 bows off my shirt and the owner rudely responded, "I ripped two flowers off your shirt. Gotchya. Well you can come back now or bring it in tomorrow." But of course that was just the beginning. When I went back to CD One the next day they couldnt locate the flowers, and then the owner tried to tell me he wasnt responsible. I disagreed and requested reimbursement, which he condescendingly told me was ridiculous. He finally grudgingly wrote me a check, but the entire time he mumbled that the shirt was probably like that when I brought it in, and then afterwards he refused to give me my shirt back, claiming he wanted to "donate it." I had to settle for $20 credit at a cleaners I never wanted to come back to in the first place.

I heard rave reviews about the chains service and prices. I dropped about 9 pieces of clothes off to be dry cleaned. The owner was nice and introduced himself when I stopped by. After I picked up my clothes and getting ready for work one morning, I discovered CD One had washed my suit pants. You could tell. It had shrunk in size and the texture of the fabric had changed. And that wasnt the only piece of clothing they washed. They also washed a dry clean only white blouse. I am furious! The old adage, you get what you pay for is true. Run away from this place. Do not bring your dry cleaning here.

I drop off my cleaning here occassionally on my work bc I work in the area. However every time I have, theres something wrong. Today dropped off at 9am went.back at 530 and only half was done...i was told to come back at 7..i live 25 miles away. With the holidays and all I was counting on having my clothes..i asked manager to get what wasnt done and he " couldnt find it". I would have liked to take it somewhere else closer to home so I dont have to make a special trip to get my clothes. This is the 2nd time theyve done this...along w washing my shirts..ill take my business closer to home.

The worst place I have done my dry cleaning at. TWICE they have ruinted my shirts. First time I just thought it was me leaving stains on my white shirt, looked like blood stains here and there, which I had no idea where they could come from. Now couple days ago I picked up another shirt and it has stains again!! This time the shirt was dark red so its hard to say what those stains are, but I know for a fact I gave them a brand new shirt with no stains. Terrible place!

This location does a great job. Ive been using them for about a year now and theyve always been on time with my orders. The prices are the best around. Ive only had two issues with them involving stains on my shirts. Both times were taken care of personally by the manager. They serve starbucks coffee and have a plethora of awards on display. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Choosing CD One Price Cleaners made my life so much easier! I dropped my clothes off at 9 am and picked them up at 5 on the same day on a Saturday. All my visits are super quick, Im in and out of there in less than 3 minutes every time. Theyre prompt to greet you as soon as you walk in the door and theyre very professional, fast, reliable. Excellent service!

Fermin & his staff are awesome. The clothes turn out amazing, better than a higher priced cleaners. The staff treats everyone like family, and are so professional. I drive to Palatine from Barrington for their wonderful work. If you havent tried CD One cleaners yet, you really need to!

Wouldnt trust these people with my laundry and dry cleaning. Hem came out of my pants when they dry cleaned suit pants. I discovered when I got them home and they refused to fix their error. Never going back. Advantage cleaners on Dundee and Hicks is much better.
