Ruined a dress shirt than refused to provide a reasonable refund. Stated it was normal wear and tear although the shirt has only been laundered half the time they suggest it would take to have said "wear and tear" occur. Totally missing the big picture...and now will lose all of my business because of their shortsighted view on how to handle customers.

I have taken my shirts here for several years as well as my wifes dry cleaning. They are always friendly and I have been very happy with the results. I usually use coupons but even when I dont I find they are very competitively priced. Good place for those looking for a quality dry cleaner.

Employees cant follow even basic instructions. Their central cleaner site ruined my new suit trousers because the local employees didnt note my instructions on my ticket. They then blamed me for it.

Great experience. The customer service was fantabulous and my suit was cleaned just like I said on my ticket. Highly recommend. The prices were fairly decent, so not to bad.
