Returned my husbands pants with spots on it, said that theyre unable to take them out, I still had to pay for them and the pants are now ruined. Twice missed spots on cashmere sweaters and because of the processing those spots are now sealed and cannot be removed. Not happy with them at all but still continue to use because theyre so close.

My family has been using this cleaners for years. Were always met with a welcoming smile when we come in. The prices are affordable, although please note they only take cash. The clothes always comes out great. They even were able to take a dress in from size 4 to 00 for me. I trust them with all my clothes.

Horrible! They returned 2 dirty shirts & ruined pants and were rude, shouting, and accusing me, exactly like in some other reviews. Ironically, they posted a "2011 BBB Complaint-free Award" and a large "We make you smile" on the front wall. How ridiculous! They have no idea about American Customer Service.

They ruined my clothes. This establishement shrunk my clothes and when I went to complain, they argued with me saying that my clothes were cheap ones made in China. I advise others to stay away from this place. They are supposedly Christians, lol.

More than anything, this business is trustworthy. I have left money and other valuable items in jacket pockets, and they always call almost immediately and leave it for me to pick up later. Great service!
