I took my suit coat there and they lost a button and chipped another one. As I took it back to them they treated it like a common occurrence. They said they would fix it... I gave it to them on the slight chance they would have the missing button and I could get it done for free. I gave them my last extra button. They sewed that one on and replaced the other button with an off black/blue button that was sewed on not straight... I wouldnt advise going here. There are so many dry cleaners in Wauwatosa to choose from.

Wonderful place to have your clothes dry clean and they do clean other stuff besides clothes. Bring your things there they do a great job. I use work there also. People have to understand things come up that you cant always have the stuff on time but they really do try to have it for you on time. They do a very good job and I dont understand some people complain. I have had some of my things dry clean there and everything turn out okay. I give give them 10 stars.

Will not be returning to here. Took my comforter in on a Monday and was "promised" it would be done that week on Thursday. I stopped in Thursday and they told me it wouldnt be done until the following Monday. Came in Monday and was told it still wasnt done-- they have "promised" it will be done Wednesday. In any case, over a week to get a comforter washed?! I will be using a different laudry service next time I need anything laudered or dry cleaned.
