I am a procrastinator, and needed a dress taken in at the strap and the bust. I walked in on a Friday and, when asked when I needed it by, replied the following Tuesday. I do not know the womans name either, but she was super nice, very attentive and very reassuring that I would get my dress back in time. In order to save money, she said it would be cheaper to take it in on one side of the bust as opposed to both, which still would look good with the dress. I paid $45 for a strap and one side of the bust; I am sure it would have been way more at a bridal shop! My receipt said it would be ready for pick up by 5pm on the Tuesday I needed it, but I called around 3:30pm and it was ready! The service was great, the fit was great and the folks there were super nice! I will definitely be taking any future alterations/dry cleaning to Carillon Cleaners!

The best experience EVER. I have gone to the same cleaner for the past 3 years to get my pants hemmed, my family and I havent had greatest of luck them. I had a dress I needed altered and I decided I really had to try someone new. I was a little nervous about this dress and almost took it to a "bridal shop" they would have charged me $200 plus so I decided to try "Weber Carillon Cleaners" since theyre close to my house and they charged $28 that is a great deal. Im not sure of the ladies name but she was AMAZING, very nice, very helpful, my list can go on and on. She was so great I will be bring all my alterations to them from now on! Im not one to get on websites to figure out how to do ratings but for this place is so great I had to figure it out. Thank you Weber Carillon Cleaners for doing such a great job!

I have been going to this place for over a year and I must say when it comes to alterations they are #1. Im a taller gentleman, and Ive had dress shirts, dress pants and even a sweater tailored to fit me. I cant say enough good things about this place and they have awesome customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very nice people too.

Great Customer Service. My husband is impressed with the cleaning and pressing of his dress shirts. Each shirt he has worn, hes commented on how they really know how to clean shirts. It seems kind of funny on how excited he sounds. But, hes pleased and Im happy. Plus the price was reasonable; $1.00/shirt.

The service is atrocious, they told me to pick up on Wednesday, then when I go to pick it up they tell me is not ready, had to wait until Friday to pick my stuff, and was overpriced as well.
