The owner Yun is the rudest person I have ever encountered! We stopped going here over 5yrs ago (due to her attitude) and just recently decided to give them another chance because they are closer to us. I will tell you this Id rather drive miles out of the way and receive good service than ever spend another dime with this lady! Do yourself a favor a drive a little further east on Laraway and go to the cleaners by Jewel. They are kind and treat you like they appreciate your business!

Very rude and ignorant the lady practically was yelling at me telling me that she couldnt do the 20% dry cleaning coupon that they have because I wanted it back the same day and she almost bit my head off because I wanted it within four hours very rude I do not recommend this place I laughed and wont go back again!

Dropped off cleaning 24 hours before and was given the standard price. I came back the next day and was charged nearly double because of the "shortened time frame." The woman would not honor the original price agreed too and blamed a new employee for the mistake.
