I have been a customer at Good Choice Cleaners for more than 5 years. It is my experience that they offer the best cleaning and tailoring than any other cleaners in the Naperville area that I have used in more than 22 years. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and prompt service. I have always had perfection with any tailoring that I brought in, even with very unusual requests, much more than hemming and repairs to garments. I am always impressed with every item that I have left for laundry and dry cleaning. I would recommend Good Choice Cleaners to everyone who is looking for the best service you could ever want. Its worth your time to become a very satisfied customer by trying their service. I give them 5 Stars for the best rating possible.

I have been taking my dry cleaning to Choice Cleaners for several years. I have never had any trouble until recently. They will not fix problems that they create. I paid for my cleaning and realized the problem after I came home. After bringing it to their attention a day later, they flat out refused to take responsibilty or even make an attempt to get things right. In tough economic times,such as these, businesses can not afford to treat their customers this way. I value my clothing and will look for another cleaners to maintain it. I will tell all my friends and family members to avoid this establishment and the trouble they put me through.

I just came back from picking up a dress I took to get altered and dry cleaned. There was glue all over the dress and the hem was completely lop-sided. I asked for my money back because they ruined the dress to the point that it is unwearable. After the most unreasonable convorsation Ive ever had, she would not give me a full refund. She said it was not her fault, it was the irons fault. Dont trust your nice garments to a garbage place like this!

I have never had any problems with them. They have taken items back when I see a spot not cleaned, things are on time and alterations are done to my satisfaction. They are personable always asking about my kids and the woman knows who I am when I walk in the door, which says a lot b/c I really dont go in very often...maybe once a month.

Have been using this dry cleaner for several years on a regular basis. Have not had any problems with dry cleaned items. Have not utilized their alteration service so unable to comment. Always friendly, and always asking about our son who has been away at school for almost 2 yrs. reasonable pricing.

this is rubbish cleaners and the owners did not know how to treat people my wife work in that store she had her job and left his job to go with them by calling him all the time we reached a deal and after 7 months the run cored and not only wash clothes ironed not recommend it at all
