HOORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I accompanied my elderly/disabled mother back to Central Cleaners on 12/9/16 to discuss the damage they did to her new (never been worn) sweater. The woman working the counter refused to even acknowledge that they could have done any damage to the brand new garment. My Mom could not have been nicer or more patient with the woman working there, who could NOT have cared less if you were paying her to do so. This lady had the worst, most negative & dismissive attitude I have seen in a very long time. You can almost excuse a poor attitude from a teenage person, but this was a middle-aged adult who could not have treated my mother with any more distain. Not only did they refuse to repair the garment (they dont do alterations there) but told my very disappointed mother to take a hike to the horror of the other customers now waiting in line. Its a shame this place is so horrible since it is less than a block from my mothers house. Save yourself a lot of frustration & go somewhere else for your dry cleaning needs.

Great customer service Mr Central Cleaners for telling a customer to Go F**k himself when you ruined expensive ROTC uniforms. I am in customer service myself and I have been told that 1 unsatisfied customer will tell AT LEAST 10 people and on and on. You made a costly mistake for your business sir.
