I noticed the other review, so I thought I should leave one to be fair to this location. I have been going here for three years. Every single week I bring stuff in. I would say they almost always do a great job. Ive never had a shirt lost or damaged, but a few times some of the buttons cracked (then again, Ive been using the same shirts for a while, so that is expected). I can tell that the staff works hard and they do a good job. They are polite, the prices are cheap, and they can get your clothes back to you quickly. They do a great job and its obvious because everyone in the neighborhood goes to this place. I just wish they were open on Sundays. Then, it would be perfect.

A girl that didnt like me purposely ruined my clothes and then I got fired for "trying to get money out of the company". Worst company I have ever worked for. And to add the icing to the cake I WAS the most educated person in that store and I was bullied, harassed, and discriminated against the whole time I was there. Terrible business. Extremely ticked that I gave very clear instructions on how I needed my shirts pressed,the girl even took notes to attach to the shirts, I picked them up minutes ago and neither of the things I needed were done. Best part was when I told the woman it wasnt right and asked if they could fix it she said "ummm sorry." It was a complete waste of money and time.

One low price (mens or womens), next day service, pressed correctly (without arguing with someone on how it should be pressed every time something is dropped off), friendly staff, and very organized. All around great experience. Wish I would have known about this place when it first opened. Stay away from United Cleaners in Lemont, IL!!!!

This cleaners is a rip off. They lost 6 shirts and damaged two others (ripped holes in the elbow area). It took them over two month to reimburse me for these shirts. The total amount reimbursed was $150.00 while I have paid between $60 and $80 for these shirts. Will never again use their services.

Creepy kid at the register hit on me when I picked up my clothes and then after I left another employee called me and said I forgot to pay for an item? How is that even possible when the staff lays out and counts your items in front of you? but my clothes looked great so thats a plus

The service has always been friendly and efficient. Items were cleaned and pressed well. I really enjoy the next day turn around time. The parking lot can be a little tight and is usually very busy!
