I do NOT recommend this cleaner!! I have had a couple dozen shirts cleaned by these folks. One time I picked up a shirt that had a spot it did NOT have when it was brought in. When I brought it back they were belligerent about fixing it, but did it reluctantly. On my second trip to retrieve the shirt, it was still not clean and had to be done again. They were even more difficult and rude to me the second time!! I understand that mistakes happen,but they worked very hard at avoiding responsibilty and were rude and disrespectful when I called them on it. It was their attitude that lost my business. After I was home from the third trip, I realized a button was missing from the cuff. I decided it was not worth the effort to return a fourth time for the same shirt.

Ive been a customer for 22 years. Although I now live 6+ miles from their location and Ive tried other dry cleaners closer to my current address, no one provides the level of customer service and quality of cleaning and alterations that Ive received at Farmgate. My sister and friends go to Farmgate and all agree that they are fast, friendly and efficient.
