Ive been bringing my husbands clothes in for a year and no problems until i find a tear in one of his silk shirts. I brought it in immediately and the very ghetto, rude woman gave me an attitude. You know the type of woman you would expect to be working at the DMV or some other government agency. She said they will check their cameras to determine if it was already ripped or not, normally if a shirt was ripped it would be labeled and there was no labels on it. She said they will get back to me the next day. It has been 3 weeks and i have called, and come in twice. Still no answer about a resolution. Then the same woman also lies to my face and says that the shirt had a tag on it saying it was already damaged, which is a lie. Im not in the habit of dry cleaning clothing with holes in it. Not to mention the shirt was over 150.00 and pure silk. They have lost another customer that would have brought them business twice a week for life.

Do NOT go to this place! What a terrible experience. They lost my $60+ shirt. I visited them 4 times to get an answer and still no resolution. Every time I would go to ask for a resolution (either find my shirt or pay for it) they would tell me to come at a later time and that they would keep looking for my shirt. Their store manager took my number and never called after I asked for her to call me multiple times. What a waste of my time and money! I will report to BBB and do whatever I can to get my money back. This place is a total headache to deal with, horrible service and totally unreliable. Save yourselves a headache and DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

To Chris and Google that made statement regarding clothes and cd price cleaners... mistakes happen at any location any place and state... We work hard to make sure we keep things are kept in the same condition we recieved them in.. And many owners own a business and have no idea what its about and thats why the are owners and have managers to do the work.. If you owned a company it might be the same way.. To Google user our chemicals are changed as needed and machines cleaned daily after each use... No offense to you or your comments but mistakes happen and we take care of our mistakes..

1-star is generous! Confirmed by Nordstroms tailor and GM, the material on my husbands Hickey Freeman and Ben Sherman suits was damaged by their dry-cleaning- burned by overuse and not changing chemical in the machine- not defective suits as asserted by the owner. The owner was absolutely the worst person to speak with- accusing my husband of having 10- year old suits- when in fact they were all with in 1 year... then stating they were defective! NEVER again will I go to the cheapest cleaner and would strongly reccomend another for quality pieces of clothing...

Dropped clothes off at 11 on Saturday, were NOT ready by 530 on MONDAY. I got to the front of the line. They told me my blankets werent done then asked me to wait after helping the others in line... And every other person that walked in. So after 20 mins I told then to give me my stuff so I could go and they handed me unfolded blankets. Waste of my time and money. Very disappointed will not return. "Sorry they werent done in the time frame you were looking for" excuse yourself. They werent done in YOURE time frame on your website.

Horrible service!!!! It was the first time coming and last! I brought my daughter jacket to get it dry cleaned and they burned the fur! Like seriously if I wanted her jacket burned I couldve washed it and dried it myself!!! Thats why I paid to get it professionally cleaned!! And the manager needs to look at the cameras to see if it wasnt burned prior to that!! Wow what a shame!! I wonder who is the owner of this unprofessional place! And Ill take it to the next step if they dont resolve the issue

I brought in a suit to "Seedy One", and forgot to check the pockets first. If I had, I would have removed a gold lapel pin from the pocket. Thats my fault. However I think its the responsibility of any ethical business to be honest, bag the items they might find, and give them back to their owner. This business did no such thing. In my book, these people are thieves. Also, a shirt I never had dried cleaned before came back from them worn and frayed looking. Unprofessional business all around.

They damage my wife dress, before I give them for dry clean asked them can they able to do, after they said yes most stones came off glue on back side manger promises she remove all glue and be ready next day after 4 days still not ready employee asked me 6o call next day and talk to manager. Dress cost was $380 looks like thats the price I am paying to step in to this cleaners, strongly suggests every one to check their clothes before picking.

My husband has been taking his shirts there for a number of years and this last time he had 4 dress shirts destroyed with burn marks on the front. We are still waiting for the result of this which is a refund of the shirts... $400! They gave us no explanation, but if you look at the shirts they must have put to many in the load and these shirts got caught by the buttons as they are all burned in the same area.

I brought 12 items in. One came out cut at the collar, three came back with buttons missing or broken, three came back tagged "best we could do." The young man at the counter was nice but he could not do anything for me. I brought all the items to another cleaner and, except the cut shirt, all were cleaned, buttons replaced, looked good. Im not going back.

POOR TO FAIR COULD NOT BE MORE OF AN OVERSTATEMENT!!!! Lost all 7 shirts i brought to them to be laundered. Admitted they lost them, and wanted to reimburse me for 40% of what their value is!!!!!!!! The best
