I have to say I am shocked at the treatment I received at Danada Cleaners in Wheaton. I have been going there for years and the attitude and quality of service has gone downhill. I brought in 3 pairs of pants to get hemmed. I measure them with someone’s assistance (it’s not rocket science to measure how much you need hemmed) and let the cleaners know how much I need hemmed. This year, I received attitude when I did not let her determine how much I needed for hemming. I explained I have been doing it myself for years and I know how much I needed on each pair. Now each pair needed a different amount hemmed. I paid the $13 a pair and came back 5 days later to pick up. I picked them up on a Tuesday and brought them home to try on. One pair was fine, but the other 2 pairs were still really long. She obviously took the measurements down wrong and I needed to call to get this straightened out. I called and explained what happened and I get an attitude from Becca on the phone that this is not her fault and I gave her the wrong measurements. I also expressed that all 3 pairs of pants were very wrinkled and looked like they were balled up on the floor somewhere. She explained that pressing was not included in the hemming price. I have been going there for years and pressing is indeed included since they have hemmed and pressed my pants for years and any other dry cleaner you go to includes it in the price. She continued to prove her point and then made the offer to fix the pants at $6.50 a pair and press them free of charge. I accepted and went in on 10/30/13 in the evening to bring back the pants. It was all downhill from there. Becca started verbally attacking me as soon as I walked in the door stating she is not at fault and I was. She would not let it die. I told her I did not want to argue. She accepted my payment of $13.00 and I told her the additional inches she needed to hem. Then she started verbally attacking me again stating I am wrong and she is right. At that moment, I decided to leave there with the pants and take them elsewhere since at this point, I did not trust her to fix them correctly. I demanded a refund of the $13.00 I just paid to have them fixed. She did the refund and I walked out. I have never been treated so poorly at a store in my life. I will NEVER step foot in there again. If you need dry cleaning needs, please go across the street to Devries Cleaners in Danana Square East in Wheaton. They are the same price and the service is top notch.

Dont bother, they may do basic dry cleaning passibly. When they get a coat with specks of dried mud and return it with the same exact amount of dirt, they dont know what theyre doing. The mud was so obvious, I have to wonder if theyre even actually cleaning anything. When I called to complain, they started talking about really sticky stuff and that they cleaned the coat twice, but theyll "try one more time to get it clean." Since it was obvious they didnt even try the first time, were not bothering going back there.
