The worst customer service. On average our dry cleaning is $175-200 a month. I made a suggestion not to write my name on EVERY single piece of clothing with permanent marker and they flipped. Dont suggest computers either cause if they had one they would know how much business they lost by telling me to take my business else where. Over the years Ive seen the owner his brother and daughter be rude to other customers. I gave them the benefit of doubt thinking you cant please every customer. After their treatment of me I now know the level of their arrogance, rudeness, and simpleminded conceit. They obviously dont understand the cost of customer acquisition. There are many other business owners in the area that would do backflips for their customers. I refuse to support close minded rude owners. Hope you wont either.

Truly one of my favorite places to visit. Family owned - a beautiful family - they tailor my clothes, they keep them looking fabulous but they have truly served me amazingly. Years ago, I discovered the dress I was wearing as a bridesmaid didnt fit THE NIGHT BEFORE. I was sitting there first thing on Saturday morning, hoping for a miracle and a miracle I got. I was in the wedding. Today, my youngest daughter tried on her tailored prom dress - hemline with a slight train, maintained - and I cant believe I havent publicly sung their praises earlier. NEVER a disappointment. ALWAYS know who I am. ALWAYS appreciate me. A great, local business!!!

I have been using them for years. Always greet you at the door like a long lost relative - by name. If you need your items at a certain time (earlier than reasonable) they have never not delivered. They have a tailoring service to fix up what ever your clothes are ailing from. Truly a friendly family atmosphere . I am so glad they are a part of the Palatine business community.

This is the best cleaners in the area. They are professional in every way, provide excellent service at a very exceptional price. I wouldnt take my familys cleaning needs any where else. Friendly, honest, great service - good people!
