I have been a long time customer of Curtiss Cleaners (approx 4 years). For the most part they have done a good job with cleaning and ironing shirts. Most recently I had a shirt that came back with a noticeable stain on the front. It was not dropped off with a stain. The owner made an attempt at removing the stain, but it did not fully come out. They would not take further responsibility for damaging an $80 shirt. Their process is also very hard on shirts. I have gotten shirts back with buttons missing or broken many times. On separate occasions I have had them hem pants, but the quality of hemming is amateur at best. I once had them hem 4 pairs and only one was the correct length in the end. All the hemming had to be redone. You would be better off taking your pants to Nordstoms for alterations even if it costs more. I have never been able to get them to dry clean anything same day. Its almost always 2-3 days out
