Long story short...I took a pair of jeans in to get hemmed. The owner pinned them and they were just the length I wanted, however, when I went to pick them up a few days later they were too short. I told him they were a bit shorter than I wanted. I ended up going and buying the same jeans again to start over. I had him pin them a little longer than I wanted and sure enough they came out the perfect length. I was happy with the second pair. The thing I was not happy about was that he would not credit me for the mistake on the first pair and he made me pay for both hem jobs. He definitely raised his voice to me and told me that it was "impossible" that his seamstress could have made a mistake and that I was "wrong". Im 28 years old and he told me he doesnt like working with "these young people". He also said that he had nothing to do with the mistake and thats why he couldnt credit me for the mistake...however as the owner I feel he is responsible for the services his shop offers. I wont be returning. The owner is completely unprofessional (he yelled at me and was very disrespectful) and customer satisfaction is not a priority! Also- I have not once written a review before for bad service, but felt strongly enough about this that others should know before going there for service.

Every time I drive past this place on my way home I get irked. The last time I brought shirts in to this place I received them back looking worse than when I brought them in. They were all completely wrinkled and pressed horribly. When I can press my own clothes better than the pros you know youve got a problem. I am shocked that this place can stay in business.

Been doing my dry cleaning here for over 10 years! Very satisfied. Love that they use more natural & organic methods. Perc free dry cleaning. They also do pick-up & delivery service which we love

I have been taking my clothes here for almost 2 years and havent had any problems. They use environmentally-friendlier cleaning chemicals which is a plus.
