I absolutely love CFLF! I have been a regular for over two years and have experienced amazing changes to my energy level, my strength and overall fitness. The coaches here are knowledgeable, caring, and know how to kick your butt! Best of all is the community this box fosters! We have box members of all ages and skill levels. Together we all work hard to make ourselves and our community better.
