The location is clean, open 24/7, staffed with pleasant people. I am always greeted coming and going. The equipment is well maintained. Supplies for cleaning the equipment by users are readily accessible. I dont have to wait for or sign up to use equipment because there are enough pieces to handle the clientel. Other members are polite, pleasant, helpful and not intimidating. I like the age and heritage ranges of the people who come to exercise at this location. I frequently tell others about how much I like PF.

I really like this location. Ive been to the ones in Madison, of which I only like the West location because the staff at the east one are rude and the space is not well maintained. This location is supremely better. The equipment is nicer and the staff is super friendly. I tend to go late at night when there are less people and no wait for machines. Ive gotten three other people to sign up because Ive liked it so well here.

Dont go to this location. Someone stole my fitbit, wouldnt give it back, and the front desk staff werent any help whatsoever. Youre better off driving to a further, safer planet like the one in Franklin. Sorry, I wanted to like this location because its new and pretty but the clientele leave much to be desired.

Payments werent entered correctly and theyve given me a hard time although Ive paid my memebership for the last year and change. Its upsetting to know that although Ive [aid and given proof theyve still has updated my account information after I went through extra steps to try to fix a problem theyve created.

Staff is always friendly. Machines are always cleaned and everytime Ive walked in Ive noticed someone cleaning or sweeping. They also have a personal trainer on staff eager to assist in showing you how the equipment works. Im always greeted and wished a good day on my way out.

I used to enjoy this location, but the staff of unmotivated individuals is slowly ruining it for me. The gym used to be a lot cleaner, and there doesnt seem to be any cleaning outside of the rumored cleaning by the night staff.

Pretty good gym, pretty clean, nice staff, diverse clientele. I wished they had more open floor room without machines for stretching, there definitely isnt enough during busy times. And the changing room could smell better.

Excellent team at this location. Always friendly, attentive and they keep the facility super-clean! Also love the hydro-massage tables offered with Black Card membership ... very relaxing after a workout.

Average gym. Would be better if you could pay at the desk for a month pass. However you have to go online and make an account and jump through hoops. Standard equipment nothing special.

The staff and members are very friendly, the whole gym is kept very clean and all the weight machines are almost new. The tanning, massage, and enhancement machines are awesome.

Cheap, no hassle memberships available. Everyone behind the desk is very friendly. It is very crowded on weekdays between 4:30 and 6pm. Dead on weekend mornings!
