I got kicked out of this gym for requesting that a television be changed from E Entertainment Television to a Cubs playoff game (I posted a review based on my true experience that they did not find acceptable). Co-owner Mitch Brown revoked my membership. He is a rude, surly, retired military type on a power trip, Mitch doesnt understand how to provide good customer service. I was shocked to be verbally accosted by Mitch for requesting the playoff game be put on as if it were a completely absurd request. The following day one of his friends made the same request for a Toronto playoff game and they were all too happy to oblige. You are only worthy of respect from Mitch if you pay to be in one of his workout groups otherwise, he would just as soon not have you as a customer. I am now evaluating other gyms to find a better one and will provide reviews.

Great family owned business at a reasonable price. Ive been a member here on and off for the last three years (my job takes me out of state for months at a time) and I always come back because of the location, facility, price, and customer service. Highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Price is reasonable considering it is a flat rate. Not crowded like Planet Fitness. Havent tried the trainers yet or other services but as a standalone gym I am so far satisfied.

Poor customer service Girl at the desk has no idea how to handle customers. Even if you dont have any special offers or dont want to cut a deal.. You still dont tell client that you have enough members anyway.

Sorry Guys. When money is more important that customers you lose both. You should learn a thing or two about customer relationship too. I just signed up with Planet Fitness! :)

This place has been a steady decline since opening. Paying $30 a month for a gym membership youd expect to get much more. Stay away from this place.

Sounds like the reviewers are upset that hey didnt get a deal. Every member here is treated equally, same rate, never changes. Fair for everyone.
