The front desk associates are not very customer service aware or friendly. I transferred my membership and the front desk associate looked lost and when he spoke with a manager, he couldnt help either and his excuse was "I dont work front desk often, so Im not sure." to every question I had. I called to update my payment information after my card with a new card and the associate told me that I owed a late fee and payment for December, when I just joined the gym in JANUARY. He gave me a number to ABC Financial, which was an incorrect number, and they told me their account only showed my account being active at this club from January 16 and the had no clue what he could have been speaking about a late fee and previous months balance. My experience has been piss-poor since I relocated and transferred to this location and I havent even been inside to workout yet. I hope it gets better immediately or Ill have no choice but to cancel my membership.

I love the gym, the price and the place are worth it. Clean and well staffed! No pressure gy. People there are open and nice so you can find gym buddies easy if you want to. I see some room to make it a gym that has just about everything! A few more wall mirrors just for the sake of doing exercises the correct way ... tanning rooms would be salon style if they had garbage cans, and maybe something other than brown gym wipe towels to wipe off with I bring my own towel or wet wipes. It would be amazing if weekend hours could change just a little so that there is more time to gym it up!! Please please more hours on weekend? I love this gym I love the staff. Its perfect for anyone who has s busy life, its always open. Not a single excuse not to go to this gym!

Brand new gym. Incredible variety of machines to workout with. Clean facility. Very kind staff. The members seem friendly as well. You wont feel intimidated if your not in perfect shape. My only complaint is they are open 24 hours a day except weekends. I dont believe folks will go to a gym on a weekend late night to cause trouble. If they did Im sure you could just ban them. I have to drive all the way to Racine Wi on the weekends after 8pm to workout at Planet Fitness there. I have never seen anyone drunk late night Saturday night in Racine Planet Fitness.

They threatened to kick me out of the gym because I scanned myself in while the staff payed no attention to me when I walked in, they were talking to each other in a huddle... I apologized, but a black lady came back (interrupted my workout while in mid set) and repeatedly threatened to kick me out of the gym over scanning myself in... thing is, its something Ive picked up off of members doing the same in the later night hours and no problems.. now I feel awkward going in there but still do because gym is life..

Really like the gym. They do a good job gym keeping it together and clean. My only complaint is that they should be 24 hours like most planet fitness gyms or at least open till 10p friday, saturday, and sunday. This location needs to seriously just do it already!! There is no gym in the area open late on the weekends. But this planet fitness has the member clientele to be open longer since its the only one in lake county and the next nearest one is in Racine.

Poor! Most generic facility I have ever been in, and Ive been in at least a dozen! Im Florida based, and I travel a lot out of state! This facility has only lounge hydro massage, no hydro beds, no stand tanning rooms just lay down ( and the guy at the desk didnt ask me if I had protective eye wear ), the ceiling fans are very low speed ( why even have them running)! I feel sorry for the people using this facility) A BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!

As far as first impressions? I would have to say zero stars. They want to link to your bank account! Not a good idea. Planet fitness has won me over. They let you join for 18 months and I was able to pay it on a credit card. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the trainers are top-notch. Facility is clean and functioning at a high level.

Just signed up for the Black card membership. The staff here is super friendly and easily approachable. Juan was helpful in answering our questions and giving us a tour of the facility. The place is brand new and in great shape. Cant wait to spend some time working on making myself better in a judgement free zone!

So sad a worker told my daughter her birthday was a lie. Her dad asked for the manager and he pretty much insulted my daughter also in this judgement free zone. I still dont understand what the big deal was if you can bring a guest with no hassle. We havent heard a peep from the owner yet.

I really enjoy this gym! Staff is always friendly and they do a good job of making you feel welcome. Just wish that in the tanning rooms there were hooks for your clothes and a garbage bin. But overall this is a great place to work out and I personally have lost 20lbs since joining!

I dont think we need all that fancy standing what ever the guy complained about. But I love this place theyve got great deals and aside from that the environment is awesome. We say no to GRUNTS! Hahaha go PLANET FITNESS! Thanks for coming to our humble city.

So far so good! Ive been there a few times since they opened a few weeks ago. Definitely very clean, super nice staff, great locker rooms and the space is perfect. Its so close to home and very convenient for me so Ill be in a lot more!

I Love going to Planet Fitness it was the best decision I made in years. When I get there I am feeling one way but after my workout last but not least the hydro massage. I leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and like a new woman.

My first time going in and i told the guy at the font desk how ive never been inside, he didnt show me around. But okay, besides that its nice and clean. Wish they had a womens workout room.

They really need to turn into a 24 hour gym. Most planet fitness are 24/7. Plus other gyms in the area are open later then them. This needs to change!

Nice gym, a little crowded specially on the afternoons and evenings but I like the machines they have there you really can get a great workout .
