I went to visit and the equipment is great, amenities are awesome but my issue was customer service and cleanliness. I wasnt greeted with a "hello" "good morning/afternoon" "welcome to XSport" it was a "you have a card?" Im sorry what? Lol much worse walking out, not a goodbye or "thank for stopping by" at that point I just feel like another number. Im not going to bother getting into the details of anything else regarding customer service but cleanliness was bad and maybe it was just a bad day but within the same week I saw the same dust bunny located in the same place by the same machine and I understand things can get hectic and never get to it but my understanding if not XSport as a whole but this XSport has specifically hired cleaners and my question is "what are they doing everyday that doesnt give them the ability to at the least vacuum?" There are some employees who at the least nod their head as youre walking by and others who do some rounds around the gym to assure paper towels, towels, etc but just not the greatest experience. I will say I enjoyed their equipment and amenities and maybe thats their focal point. If so, great job because I was impressed by the equipment.

All you guys giving 1 star are a bunch of lazy people. you go to the gym to workout not to have the luxury of a clean bathroom with paper towels. A gym is a place for working out not for bathroom, cleanliness, people with good attitudes ect. This is a good gym i go 4-5 times a week do my workout, run and leave witch is exactly what i go for. It gets packed around 6-8 but if your working out thats not an excuse i still get to do my full workouts. If you want to wok out you will work out or you could be one of the out of shape people who find an excuse for everything. But yeah i recomend this gym to anyone who just wants to workout since this is the express gym it dosent have the features of the basketball court, swimming pool, boxing ring ect. i paid $40 start up fee and then $20 a month after that. You get to take a guest soo i bring my friend each time nd he gives me 10 a month. but yeah good gym for working out.

I have been working out here for past 6 years. Trainers and employees just stand around and dont do anything. It is extremely crowded and have some guys stand in front of the dumbbells rack and working out, being in the way of others who want to use the dumbbells. These guys are so ignorant numb skulls, That they use one bench just to keep their weights and personal belongings when people are waiting for a bench to be available. The staff dont do anything about it. I have got at least 12 of my friends to sign up there and work out with me. Every time they say I will get one month credit on my membership account and never did. With LA fitness opening I am planning on going there.

In 2015 I paid for an entire year and got one free with the promo going on at the time. After a year of having the membership I was told that it had expired so I went about the route of purchasing a new one. The worker there gave me a "discounted price" because I already had purchased a year previously. I was told by him that my payment was going to be for 15 Months instead of the usual 12 giving me 3 months free. Turns out now a full year after that, I had an entire year free. He scammed me and put all the money I was told that was going towards my membership payment to personal training. Dont waste your time or money here.

Bait and switch fraudulent advertising. They do a bait and switch where they tell you that you can sign up for $9.95, but then when you actually try and do that, theres an added annual "maintenance" fee of $49.95. I told the employee who was trying to sign me up that this was a false advertisement and he said that the point was to bring in people to sign up for their other plans. This is a classic bait and switch false advertising ploy. When there are so many good gyms to choose from, dont go to one that is just trying to rip you off and steal your money

Watch out for billing practices! Canceling your account is difficult. They want you to send a certified letter stating that you want to cancel. I hadnt used the gym in months and my card associated with my account was expiring. They called to update the card, and I asked them to just cancel the account. But no, even with a month to month membership, they still bill you if the card is inactive. I called corporate to cancel and got them to allow me to send a fax. This is what I recommend. Avoid this place.

This place is really small. They replaced all the elliptical trainers relatively recently and have a decent amount of cardio equipment and machines. The free weights area is not very large and equipment 2 Flat Benches, 2 Incline Benches, 1 squat rack, 2 cable towers. They do have a full locker room. This place also gets EXTREMELY crowded on week days ~4-7 pm. I would rate this place lower if it was facilities alone but the staff and trainers are very nice and the price is cheap which brings it up.

Having previously been to a well maintained XSport location, I expected a better overall experience. My main issue with this location was lack of elbow room. I understand this is an express facility and take that into consideration, but I would rather pay $5-10 more/month to be able to utilize my gym, not wait for equipment or be practically on top of other gym goers. I would describe my workout experience as claustrophobic.

The worst place to ever get any sort of membership at. We had issues with our memberships months ago and good luck trying to call corporate (your only option) youre on hold for over an hour, no exaggeration. First, the place is alarmingly off putting. Very small and literally very smelly. Machines are in bad shape and not cleaned. Tanning beds are always broken, never fixed. Its unbelievable.

Horrible gym do not sign up. The machines are not sprayed down and disinfected by employees you can literally walk past them and smell the stench. 40 percent of the machines dont work properly or out of order. The paper towels are never refilled when they should be, and a friend just recently caught ringworm from this location. Most unsanitized gym I ever been to.

DONT GO THIS ONE, 1. I JUST CALLED THEM AND ASKED THEM THE PRICING. 249 FOR JUST START UP? COME ON, LA FITNESS IS 39.99, DONT TELL ME THAT XSPORT IS BETTER, PEAR IS DIFFERENT FROM APPLE, THE PRICING IS NOT THAT DIFFERENT TO 6 TIMES. THE OFFICER ATTITUDE IS AWFUL TOO. LET IT BE GONE IF THEY DONT EDUCATE THEIR MARKETING PEOPLE BETTER. HORRIBLE SURVICE.

Yes this gym is small and has no space for stretching. Elbow to elbow is a good description as I see in the other comments. As for it being an express gym though this was expected. I am able to do what I need to do and get out. Also love the fact that for my membership I am able to bring in a friend for free as this is a great perk to have.
