I came in on a two week pass with a current member. The facility itself is very nice and updated well since I was a member of the old facility. Unfortunately my experience with the front desk was not the same as how I felt about the club. I asked about classes and how I signed up for them. The front desk girl Tiffany responded in a way that suggested, I should have known that you signed up from a app. Once I asked for some instruction I was treated with a lot of attitude.I called in a few days because I was still having trouble and had a similar attitude from the same person. One occasion I can understand people can have bad days, but two occasions is just a bad example of an employee representing your brand. Unfortunately this ruined my experience and I will no longer be signing up. Great club unfortunately ruined by someone in the staff.

Nice equipment, great training staff, and clean. Unfortunately this is where the positives end. Terribly mismanaged and horribly run business. I am a charter member and if I wasnt getting a discounted monthly rate, I would never pay to stay here. I really wanted Score to be my new gym as it is still much better than Charter or LA Fitness. Score has plenty of potential but after almost a year of being there it is hard to believe they can or will ever reach it. If youre looking for just a gym in and out and dont mind the price, this place is OK. Its the only way I can tolerate it. If youre looking for any kind of higher end health club, good service, nice locker rooms/sauna/steam...Youre better off somewhere like five seasons or Lifetime.

My experience was great overall. The equipment is newly updated. Reception and the people there were friendly. This is only my first week, so I still need to try new things like the sauna, swimming pool, and certainly the daycare for my kiddos, when needed. Looking forward to all this and more!

Bathrooms were out of soap (eww) and paper towels. Basketball courts were not clean and players kept slipping in certain areas. Snack bar was serving burned pizza. When I complained they offered a different burned pizza. Lack of or poor management.

The bar/pub is affiliated with the original Capri il Restorante in Burr Ridge so it is quality food in a sports bar casual neighborhiood environment!

Beautiful recreational center! Locker rooms are beautiful as well as the excersise spaces. The restaurant has good food.
