I joined Charter because I received a flyer in mail. Was looking for a low cost option, as I am not a dedicated workout buff. I was not impressed, they try very hard to sell you the personal training sessions. The personal trainer does not listen to anything you tell him. Then I was told I signed a contract which I was not aware of and charged me a cancellation fee. When I called the location manager he was simply rude and argumentative. Furthermore, I am still being charged for the membership, which I am disputing with my card company. Recommend stay away.

Lol AJ below admits to not being a workout buff then says the place sucks because the trainers dont listen to you. So your fat, out of shape and admit to not knowing anything about working out but want the TRAINERS to listen to you? That is what is wrong with America. I have been going here for years. Always clean and super friendly staff. Dont come here if your plan is to pay for a trainer then try to tell them stuff. Not how it works...

The gym smells and its dirty, but thats what you get for $10 a month. It also has a fair amount of unusual clients doing amusing workouts. A lot of the machines are very worn. On the plus side its 24 hours monday-friday and honestly for $10 a month its not terrible you just get what you pay for. Enjoy the people watching!

Dont go there. That charge me $110 for 2 month. When I asked they argue. Its just way to Robb the people.stay away. Find better place somewhere else.
