I love this gym. The instructors are tough, the workouts and music are always fresh. The class schedule has a ton of variety. Many of the programs are from Les Mills, which offers incredible high intensity workouts. Ive lost two sizes in the last year and feel stronger than ever. A few months ago, Total Fit added the Hot Box Detox -- coolest thing ever! I feel so relaxed when I finished, its like having a massage. If youre ready to take your workout to the varsity level or are tired of your JV gym, come try this place out.
