They are no responsibility for deaf customers didnt know that they didnt explain more information their policies and canceled it after charged it when got receipt say zero on .. they need to learn on training about deaf communication also call them answer quickly hung up us that they dont care through the relay service interpreters on phone..

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Zip Fitness in Round Lake Beach. I am a gold member, and cant say enough good things about it. I love the facility, and the staff is AMAZING. I cannot thank everyone enough for their motivation and support. I go 7 days a week, and I look forward to it daily. Thank you Zip for being so awesome :)

The gym equpitment is always clean, great variety of shows on the TVs and will kindly accept requests if you want to watch a certain program on the TVs. My only complaint would be to sweep the floor once in a while in the cardio room and set up an adequate heating/cooling system in the room!

Its a good gym. But they have the worst service. Dont move without canceling or they will continue charging and you cant cancel by phone or email. Took them 19 days to respond to my email, simply telling me I need to come in to cancel, and then charged me two extra months. Just a heads up.

The gym is nicer than most zips Ive been too and its a good price to considering it doesnt have much to offer. This gym is setup in annoying way if you wanna use free weights and machines to work out. Overall though its a good gym for the price

In general the gym is really clean, with the exception of the ladies locker room. This area could be better. The equipment is in good working order, with minor exceptions. I feel it is a great place for the monthly fee.

Good for the money. They do however need more benches. The tow that they have dont cut it bc the ametuers like to clog it up benching just the bar with maybe a 10 on it if that. Anyways good value.

Cheap but smells like urine inside. Plenty of cardio machines but good luck if you want to lift

The wifi rarely works and there seems to be no solution to it. Otherwise it is a great place.
