Incredibly rude staff at this location. Staff seemed lazy, pointing the scanner at clients as they walked in so they could continue having their conversation without making eye contact with others. Was treated very poorly as soon as I stood there waiting for the staff members to finish their conversation and they immediately stopped smiling as soon as they had to address me, as if customer service was a nuisance. I was treated even more poorly as soon as I said I had a guest pass. I activated my guest pass at a different location and called the day before to see if it would be valid at this location and was told that it would be. I drove 30 minutes to get to the gym to be told that it was only valid at the gym that I initially activated it at. Was told that I would have to wait for the manager to get there and that the staff member didnt know whether Id be forced to sign up for a membership that day (even though I had 12 days left on my 14 day guest pass). This could have been communicated in a much less rude way, but the staff clearly has no regard for its clients. Would have been interested in signing up for a membership after a few days of utilizing my guest pass and seeing all the amenities, but glad that I did not sign up.

LOVE this facility! Travel out of my way to work out here! I have a great pleasant experience every visit (which is often!) Kids club is fantastic for my children. I am not sure why these other two reviewers were personally attacking the staff there but if you are uncertain about becoming a member, do not listen to anyone who does not give a fair review. Seems like they have personal issues that need to be resolved. Actually working out instead of siting in front of a computer causing drama may help those extra pounds disappear! just a suggestion! Overall - This was a great find for me and i will continue to work out there, and bring my friends with me! Great Place, keep up the good work!!!

The equipment is great becasue it is a new club, but if they take care of the equipment like they take care of the facility, then it will be a pit in a matter of a couple of years. This isnt LA its Chicago and we get snow. They dont have the mats in the front entrance to capture the salt. There is salt everywhere. The floors, locker room and inside the lockers. No one cleans the place. The manager should be fired becasue this is not how you run a club. Also the place is a zoo on the weekend because it opens at 8:00 am. Numerous people have tried to get the hours changed, but no one listens. You get the run around between the club and corporate.

The place is nice and the people are relatively nice. Problem is the hours are terrible. I cant ever get in to workout because Im working most of the time that they are open. Really wish that they would expand their hours so that they can accommodate for people that either need to work out early in the morning or late at night. The weekend hours are terrible. All in all, if you work mon-fri 9-5 this gym would be right for you, anything else then not so much.

Love the place except their child care . Lexington Health Carr pull out. Pereonel here at this facility sucks. Specially Mike and the girls that work there. I wouldnt suggest this place. There ia other places near by for the same price or lesss and better customer service. If you want zumba there is a place in Palatine cheap and proffesional trianers also

I love Sidneys Aquafit class. Ive tried classes with other instructors, but Sidney gives the best of everything: excellent workout, energy, enthusiasm, sharing knowledge of how the body works, fun and sheer joy! His class has literally saved my life. If he ever leaves, I will too. Thank you, Sidney.

Same thing here as at the other LA fitness I go to. Shower curtains have mold growing on them. If you spray curtains once every 3 days with something that kills mold then you wont see any mold growing. How hard is it to tell your cleaning crew to do that. Wake up management.

This was the worst experience ever, I was so shocked by the lack of professionalism one staff member displayed. The man who was asked to give me a tour yelled an explicit and got so angry that he had to give a tour. I walked out of this place and I will never go back again.

Compared to other LA Fitness is not good nor bad. It is clean, weights area is good. the weight machines I dont like them but I never use them anyway. ALL THE TVS IN THE LOOKER ROOM IS ALWAYS ON FOX NEWS THAT IS DISRESPECTFUL FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT DON;T LIKE FOX NEWS.

Gym is clean and machines are in excellent condition. Probably due to the location, but gym is never crowded. If the location is convenient for you it is a great place to work out, especially for the relatively low membership fees.

I have been going to this location since it opened and I really enjoy it. The staff keeps it rather clear, no towel service. They do have a juice bar and kids area. Plenty of cardio and weight machines so you never have to wait.

Very nice club compared to the West Dundee location. Fitness classes are great, and instructors are friendly. The locker rooms are kept clean for the most part. Wish the water pressure in the showers was better though.

LA Fitness is a great place to train. Their is plenty of equipment so I can always get a good workout in. The staff is friendly and the facility is well maintained. I recommend LA Fitness.

Staff are great here. Its never too busy where youre waiting for a machine. Does get hot though so drink plenty of water. Plus the trainers are really good and always willing to help.
