Im very disappointed this is what I call bad business. I Dealt with Mary vallely for a townhouse rental after attempting to fax and email her my application for the fourth time she finally receive did I did the background check paid $35 then I was told they wanted two year lease after the fact that I went through the process and the owner decided she didnt want to rent to me because she changed her mind and wanted 2 year lease. At least the agent or the owner should at least refund Me the background check of $35 . I felt like I had to communicate with her via phone and text and it took her a while to reply back. her lack of communication wasnt very helpful neither very disappointed because I really wanted to rent the townhouse. For a person that has excellent credit I dont understand how people could treat you that way. Especially when youre trying to find a place to live and you have small children. I would love to speak to the owner or the broker in charge at that branch. You can contact me with the information from your website that I used to do the credit background check lkohls.
