Watching internet listings from out-of-state, I tripped onto Vestas on-line presence. Seeing my inquiries, Real Estate Advisor Newton Chang contacted me, being very polite and helpful. When we met to view property, he arrived early, was exceedingly observant with flashlight in hand, honestly explaining both the homes pros and cons. He was the first agent EVER to stress not only a homes benefits but also alerted us to details his trained eye recognized would not match well with our situation. Newton previewed listings to protect our limited viewing time. We also appreciated Vestas team approach, noted when another Vesta advisor, Steven, joined us onsite to offer his advice re: potential concerns. Then Vesta streamlined the closing process by providing paralegal assistance. The purchasing process was smooth and professional, Newton working well with the seller agency, going "above and beyond" to make our overall experience a good one. And one more thing: Newton followed up by phone a week AFTER the sale to make sure everything was moving smoothly, answering our queries, making suggestions and offering referrals. Wow. Thank you.

I worked with Newton Chang from Vesta as my realtor and An-Shih as my transaction manager. I was very satisfied with their work. Overall, Newton showed that he really cared about what I was buying, not just trying to get the sale. Being a first-time home buyer, I was very picky about the home I wanted to buy, and he was very patient with me. There were multiple homes that looked great in photos that I scheduled showings for, but when we got there he found many things that werent disclosed in the condition report and saved me from buying a home with structural issues. I am glad he was looking out for my future and wanted me to wait to find the right home. Once I made the offer, Newton and An-Shih negotiated strongly on my behalf, and the seller repaired everything that came up in the inspection report! The house was ready to go for move-in and I couldnt be happier. I definitely recommend them if you want your realtor to work for YOU.

Jen and Sarah and the whole team were amazing to work with. They were extremely attentive and I felt confident the entire time that they were on our side and looking out for our interests. This was our first home buying experience and we were very nervous. We didnt know what to expect, and we were not very knowledgeable about the process. Jen was available to us whenever we needed help or explanation. I am so happy we had Jen and the whole team on our side for this process. They took a lot of work off of us and had great communication with our mortgage lender, home inspector, insurance provider, etc. Thanks to the hard work of Jen and the rest of the team, we have our dream home that hit every item on our checklist.
