This business is all about the money. We put our daughter on the wait list and put the application fee down as well as the first 2 weeks of care, per their request. We ended up needing to withdraw our daughter from the waitlist around Christmas time. When I called to speak to someone about the refund for the first two weeks we put down I was told they would speak to the owner and call me back. NEVER got a call back. Called again and spoke to Heather who said she would speak to the owner and call me back. AGAIN, never returned my call. Finally, I called and spoke to Heather again who simply said "Sorry we dont refund any of the 2 weeks you put down." She could have said that from the get go. I asked if they could PLEASE consider a refund as I was not informed of this "policy" when we gave them this money. I basically groveled, and begged. It was right before Christmas and we needed the money. We have 2 small children and a Christmas to fulfill. Didnt matter. Nope wont refund it. Didnt matter that I was not informed of this policy or not. I feel robbed, taken advantage of, and completely disappointed. I am thankful my child ended up not going here. I dont want money hungry, heartless people caring for my baby.

This place is horrible. I, along with the poster below, removed my child after he had been bitten in the face and had gashes all over his arms. The girl there said that another boy wanted to play with the same toy my son was playing with, but my son didnt want to share, so the next thing she knew, my son was bit and scratched. Im sorry, but the level of injuries to my child come from lack of supervision! I dont think he was being watched! And, my son was sick every week. They allow sick kids to attend so they spread their germs and get all the other kids sick. Also, the director is a HUGE pain to deal with. My son went parttime and she would always make sly comments about him only being part time. If you dont want part timers, then dont allow them! Ive called the state and made a complaint about them, so hopefully they get shut down! Do youself a favor and spend a little extra money and send your child somewhere else.

My daughter attends part time and is very happy there. The staff are very genuine in caring for the kids. Ive been impressed with the staff, and how all staff members know my child, even if she is not in their room. I get a written daily sheet everyday letting me know what she ate, what she played, and about special projects like water day or theme weeks, so I have been impressed with communication. We only had one minor accident on the playground and it was documented thoroughly, and treated with much TLC. The called me to let me know about the scratch and she was fine. Also, I think it is super clean. Someone always seems to be cleaning when I am coming and going. I definitely recommend this daycare!

Please re-think bringing your children here. The owner is a very rude, and judgmental person. She has no perception of privacy. The children are constantly getting hurt and every time there is no proper reasoning other than," another child wanted the toy so they proceeded to bite your child." Some of the workers are rude and unprofessional. This is an overall negative place to bring your child/ children.

We have been taking our girls to Stay & Play for almost 4 years and we cant say enough wonderful things about them. The owner and her staff are very experienced and do a great job, the center is immaculate and the families who go there are all very nice and trustworthy. Our kids are very happy and we are very thankful to have found them. If you are looking for a day care, Stay & Play is the BEST!!!!

I have worked in the child care field for the past 7 years. I can personally say that this daycare is one of the best. It is very clean and sanitary. The staff are great and the owner is wonderful. They have the best interest of the children and families that they provide care for.

If you expect communication and a caring learning envronment for your child... STAY AWAY from Stay & Play. I removed my child from their program after a series of issues, including bruises and bloody noses with no explantaion. I would never recommend this center to anyone.

This place is lacking supervision am checking into another daycare i wouldnt advise taking any kid to this daycare an checking there reviews i now understand why there reviews are bad.
