There are no words I could use to describe how much this place has meant to my family and I that would do it any justice. For the last 2 1/2 years both of my children have attended this beyond extraordinary child care facility. I have always understood that the people I entrusted my children with all day, every day would be more like other mothers for them than merely "teachers". However, I never imagined they would feel the same way and love my children to the extent they have. Each and every one of those teachers loves those kids like they are their own. On top of the love they exude, they also teach these kids things to help them excel when they grow and move onto elementary school. My oldest child went on to private school this year and she is AHEAD of her pre-K class and that is completely thanks to the amazing and educated teachers these kids are lucky to have. My oldest would come home constantly talking about the creative projects that Mrs. Ashley did with them. And when she was writing her letters properly at age 3 I have Mrs. Diane to thank. I know Ashley has worked her butt off to get certified for these kids. Not that she needs that to shine; it is so obvious looking at her and ALL the others that they live for these kids. My youngest is only a year old, she has been there since 6 weeks and I am sad to say we have to move and leave this place. Tears fill my eyes as I sit here and I think of the way Cindy (the infant teacher) held her in her arms when I dropped her off that first morning. So full of love for a child that isnt even hers! I got pictures texted to me with updates even when I didnt ask! Even now, every morning she practically leaps out of my arms to be with Yvonne and Prissy in the mornings. She loves these people....and so do I. Recently, they had a change in management. One of the sweetest people I have ever met, a teacher who had already been there a while dug herself into a financial hole to make sure this place didnt fall into one, and she took part of it over. This woman, Judy is the most approachable person you will ever meet. She WANTS you to feel like you child is a part of them and moves heaven and earth to make sure you know how your child has been doing! I dont know what I will do without them but I hope I can find someone who has even half the love that is in this place. I would recommend this place to E V E R Y O N E. You wont find a place that cares as much as these people do....Love you guys......

My daughter has been at Wee Wisdom for over 6 months and I couldnt have felt more comfortable with an environment unless her Father or I were watching her daily ourselves! She has since being at this "school" (I really feel like this is much more than "daycare, and more like an actual "school") learned to spell three (3) colors, advancing in even spelling her name out loud and recognition of it (yes, she is barely 3 and a half!). She has had a great curriculum that challenges her, taught by an amazing Teacher. I really was looking for a classroom that stimulated her, and at 3 1/2, years old, I am absolutely amazed at the structured and self-paced learning environment Wee Wisdom brings to my baby girl. It is very clean (despite the negative review down below, that was 3 years ago), I literally witness them mopping the floors with bleach daily when I pick up my LO. I see them cleaning a good bit at other times as well. It is a very neat and organized establishment. Also, the Teachers there are required to have their Associates in Child Development, which I believe helps with the impressive learning environment. My daughter was once at a school where the children were barely interacted with, while the Teachers sat on their phones all day (I know this because they had cameras and that is what they were doing anytime I walked in). Thanks for reading my long review!

Reviews can be hurtful but helpful. It sometimes takes a fresh pair of eyes to open yours. We are on a cleanup and clean out campaign here at Wee Wisdom. After 37 years in business helping care for Slidells children, we have collected a lot of baggage. We are on a mission to lighten and brighten! Come in and check us out! We are working towards excellence!

This establishment is in poor condition. I took a tour a couple of months ago. One of the owners was completely rude and basically shrugged me off and told someone else they needed to give me a tour and the place was absolutely disgusting. It was very dirty. I would not bring my child here.

My son has attended Wee Wisdom for over a year and we couldnt have chosen a happier or more loving environment for him. Choosing the right daycare is a difficult decision to make, but Im pleased with Wee Wisdom and my son is thriving. Highly recommend.

Maybe it has gotten better in 20 years, but when I went here as a kid it was not fun. It felt like Bible School Boot Camp. My parents did not like this either and I never returned after going for one summer.
