I am NOT a panicky, over-reactive parent. My 19 mo. daughter lasted less than an hour there. My daughter went to her class while I filled out all the paperwork. After I was finished, I decided to go peek in the kids outside, mainly because I have a biter. I stood in the back classroom and looked out the window - the teachers did not know I was there. In less than 5 minutes, I watched one teacher tell a little boy, about my daughters age, to shut up and then flung him in the corner and then forced him to sit by his shoulders. His head hit hard enough for me to hear the thump standing inside the building. Less than 30 seconds later another teacher pulled another boy, barely walking, by his hands, screaming for him to stand up and then she spanked him once on the butt. Needless to say, I reported the incident to the directer, child services and pulled my daughter out and sent her back to her previous daycare.

Primary colors has been amazing for my son he is 4 years old and didnt like to go to "school" now he races me to his class. His teacher goes above and beyond! Definitely would recommend primary colors to anyone looking for an excellent learning center!

Very happy so far. My daughter is just short of two years old and seems to like it quite a bit. All the staff is friendly and willing to talk if you have any questions and to just let you know how your child is doing.
