I came in for an appointment I set for 11am. I come in and say my name and there was no appointment set. He asks me what services I need done. I said I booked an appointment and said what I needed. You didnt book the appointment did you? All he says is what services did you need.... I shouldve just left. But its my day off and I need 45k tune up. Hour later I ask if its almost done. Says all they need to do is put a filter in.... 30mins later. Still waiting. 30 more minutes still waiting. Comes out and I look at itemized list and they didnt even change air filter. Tells me its not dirty. I tell him it has to be done to keep warranty in place it doesnt matter. Calls parts store and asks where the filter is he ordered. He ordered filter but wants to give me the car back? Showing me the filter? This place is a mess... Doesnt add up. Terrible service.This shouldve taken an hour at most for the checklist at hand and oil change needing to be done. I will never go to a Meineke after this being my first experience at one.

I will never ever come here again nor will recommend anyone else coming here. The guy was extremely rude told me to go to Jiffy Lube to get services. Ill be glad to give myoney to another company.
