I have brought my cars EXCLUSIVELY to Bill Sturm at Morton Grove Auto for the past 15 years. Simply put - I hope I NEVER have to find another auto repair service - EVER! I have NEVER had to have them correct a repair. Theyve always done it right the first time, and always with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I have NEVER had a fishy charge by MG Auto................ not once in 15 years. I have never had to worry whether I was being taken advantage of with regards to the cost of a repair................ Its a huge relief to find such a trustworthy mechanic. I dont let anyone else work on my cars.................. I hope Bill Sturm is around for many more years in the auto repair business - its one of lifes major headaches I can forget about................. THANKS BILL!!!

Bill and the crew at Morton Grove Auto and Truck have always been great. I have been taking my cars to them for years and they only do what I ask and the only time they ask twice if it is a real safety issue that I may be overlooking. The prices are always fair and they stick to the quote. I recently started a repair on my daughter’s car and found I needed some help finishing it. Bill had no problem taking off where I stopped and the job was completed in a very short time. This has happened with several of my projects and Bill has always been happy to help me when I get in to deep. I have been coming here since I bought my car in 2008 and I will not take my car anywhere else to be serviced. Bill and his staff are honest, professional, and they genuinely care about whats best for you and your car. Bill saved me thousands of dollars by discovering my car has an extended warranty on the engine block, which means it will be replaced by the car manufacturer for free. Bill could have replaced my cracked engine block himself, charged me for it, and I would have never known about the extended warranty. Bill and his staff exemplify what customer service should be!

Been going there for years BECAUSE they do a thorough check of everything that could possibly go wrong and tell you its status, but dont try to fix things that dont need fixing. Their work is accurate, and given in a friendly matter. I think of them more as good friends than I do as just good mechanics. Theyll go out of their way for you too, as they did when my battery went dead, parked facing a wall in my condo basement. They came over and attached a better battery than youd get from any roadside service. Granted that was several years ago, but i"ll never forget it.

You will not find a better place to have your car serviced. Bill is the owner and is a competent professional. He is a "gray hair" guy, like myself, but he seems to know how to standard service any make, year or model you are likely to have. If you have and old car, he probably knows how to do old standard tune-up routines: points, plugs, condenser, timing, gap, dwell, idle air/speed, choke, vacuum advance, etc. For newer cars, he has mechanics that understand the new electronics. My daughter and I go to him routinely and will continue to do so.
