I gave everything a 1, except service because it was just whatever for a tire shop that just opened up. The service does suck a lot! I worked retail/sales and I know how upper bosses bite down on your neck if you dont meet quotas but theres no need to lie to a customer(s) to help you satisfy whoever thats in the chain of command. As I came for tire replacements there was a sign that said "spend minimum 265 and take up to 6 months to pay back. $1O off all oil changes and 5% off any servce". Okay so I figured it was a charge (credit) card and I wasnt interested. As the sales man took my information down he asked me if I wanted to sign up for a rewards card. I said ok why not as long as its not charging me anything. He raised the same sign I read and said no sir its just a rewards program that will help you upon revisits to our shop even though I asked why it said on top of the flier "take up to 6 months to pay back with minimum $265". He told me no thats for the credit card just ignore that part even though it was the whole flier!! As he proceeded to get my information down for the so called "rewards program" he asked for my social security......WOAHHH hold up RED FLAG why would u want my social security for a dam rewards card!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told him no thanks cancel all that and theres no need for you to have that info. A little later he tried again and I told him NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! After walking around different stores I returned to firestone to pay up. As I waited in line a man infront of me came to do some work also. I heard him go through the same thing as me and in my head I was like mannn I hope this guy is smart enough to realize that a social security is NEVER needed for a rewards card. The man agrees and when that question comes "whats ur s.s. # sir?" he replies why would you want that?!?!? (in my head I was like hahahahhah good thing u realized). The customer infront of me hated the question so much he decided to storm out of there without even giving them any business! As he left I am being rung up by a different employee. The man who I gave the sale to earlier (whom was also taking care of the man infront of me earlier) talks with his comrad about what went wrong and how today is a "tough" day on sales. The man who tried to sign me up for a credit card left the room and I ask another employee so why would you need social security # for a REWARDS CARD?!?!?! You know what he said......sir its not just a rewards card but a credit card as well. This made me furious so I told him in reply that his employee lied to me saying it was a rewards program. He said ohhhh well its a charge card that can only be used at fire stone -_- . Even if thats the case, or not because at this point I lost my trust with them you need to call it a credit card because it gives you CREDIT when your getting something as a LIABILITY....am I right or am I wrong? Look this business has been only in establishment for a month. They did tell me if I were to get a flat or ruin my tire they would replace it which is great but they lie like lawyers. Less than 3 weeks ago my breaks were changed at the car dealership and they kept saying that the breaks are really worn out!!! Some people are suckers but I am not. UNLESS THIS BUSINESS IMPROVES SERVICE I SAY JUST GO TO JUST TIRES IN MORTON GROVE. EVEN BETTER IS IF YOU HAVE A COSTCO MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY MEASURE HOW MUCH THREAD IS ON YOUR USED UP TIRE AND TAKE IT BACK TO BE RECYCLED. WHATEVER THE AMOUNT OF THREAD IS THEY GIVE YOU AN "X" AMOUNT OF DOLLARS FOR YOUR NEW TIRES!!!! screw firestone and their school bus tires

I went to this place for alignment, balance and rotation. They told me itll be ready in 2 hours. I get a call within 45 minutes to tell me that my car is ready and Im thinking wow these guys are fast. As I drove the car home I realize that my car still pulling to the left just like before. I got home and checked to see if they rotate and balance the tires and as I was expecting they didnt no balance no rotation! I put new rims with new tires 6 months ago so I know the difference between the front ones and the rear ones. I called them and talked to someone and told me oh were sorry bring it in and well take care of it and he hang up. Really? Thats it bring it back so Im thinking to myself self since they didnt do no balance neither rotation Im sure they didnt do the alignment either. I got charged $150 for busting one of my lug nut that they told me they found out that they couldnt tight.

Anthony went the extra mile for me! Brought my vehicle in with a screw/ nail in the tire. Was expecting to be able to patch it but unfortunately no. Need a new tire. I happen to buy the insurance from the dealer so I just ask them to fill it up with air so I can drive it back home. On the phone with the dealer and service is closed so I have to call back tomorrow to make an appointment. Anthony overhears me and asks if he can see the insurance I purchased. He calls them up and verifies that he can do the work. I wont have to take a day off from work!

Job: Mounted and balanced tires purchases over the Internet. Service : great very nice and courageous . Front man, Kyle is very nice, professional and under promised and over delivered. Facilities : great waiting area , warm and clean. Price: better than other local shops. Another plus, is that you can make an appointment online, which is just quick! Overall the service was great and quick! Would highly recommend to give these guys your business. Newer shop with nice clean service bays!

Meh. They were okay, but the man at the front desk was rather matter-a-fact and pretty rude. Then, after documenting which tire was being changed, a gentleman came in and asked again what he was supposed to be doing. Upon leaving, I asked for advice on my breaks and I was told that since I didnt purchase a car check-up (at whatever they call it at firestone) that they couldnt comment... Im not sure Ill come back here.

I loved the service. First of all I drove all the way from Chicago to 7237 with Dempster only for the guy named Paul Zanotti. He is supberg. Very helpful guy. He not only have a very nice attitude but also he is a good sales person. All I can say I just came here coz of this guy. Other locations of Firestone have the terrible service, employees are super rude but not is this location.

This is the second time, got very bad service. Worst service, could ever get. First time while tire, the mechanics service is not as professionals, they forgot to tight the rear car, and within two min, i got a creeping sound and they fixed it. and then for oil change, i did a online reservation, and when i reach the place, they said the system error and. i would never recommend.
