SHADY BUSINESS Made an appointment online for shampooing interior. Says it will take 30 min to complete. Showed up and wanted to make sure that it was not going to take longer than an hour. Couldnt get a straight answer and was told "yes" several times by personnel when I asked if it would only take 30 min. Later on when I told them to stop before they got started, they confirmed that it could take 4 hours or more. Is it too difficult to be honest bussecarwash?? Employees here are not truthful and they asked for payment before the job was done. Their plan was to get the car cleaning started without being honest of the time it would have taken so that youre forced to wait for however long they want to take on it. They also said they would call to schedule an appointment another day. Never called. I will let others in the area know about my experience here.

I paid for the platinum wash and they forgot to put the shine on the tires. I had to go all the way back to have it done and the excuse was that sometimes the entrance side doesnt relay the information to the exit side properly. This has happened a few times. If Im paying $25 for a wash I expect these items to get taken care of without an excuse like this.

Dont come here unless you have 90 minutes to kill on a car wash. line wasnt bad but they run understaffed and No one moves with any hustle. I could work faster on a lazy sunday afternoon..

Staff was pretty good, and handled the car wash pretty well Taking a star out cause just few places of the car were not wiped properly and had water spots still on them

Great car wash! In the rare case that you are not happy, they will fix it, no problem. I have been going to Busse for over 30 years. They do a great detail too.

Poor service. Purchased the highest full service wash. Front window was still full of dirt and spots. Inside door wells were not wiped. Would not go back.
