Do not bring your car here if you like your paint to look unblemished. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I took my brand new 4Runner (3 weeks old) there to be washed and after leaving, upon closer inspection I saw numerous horizontal scratches in my paint on my rear tailgate, above the bumper. An odd spot to get scratches, unless they come from a washing arm, of say, an automated car wash. I immediately returned to the wash to let them know what had happened. The manager was polite and offered to try buffing out the scratches. After attempting to buff the scratches out, the damage was still clearly visible and the manager acknowledged this. At this point the manager began explaining that he thinks it didnt occur there and that it could have happened before I took delivery of the vehicle after I explained it was brand new, and I had driven it for 3 weeks. Which is funny because I watched my new car get unloaded from the shipping truck and the protective film get removed. At this point the manager offered to run my car through the wash again, as if that would somehow miraculously fix the damage they had done. When I declined and told them what had happened was simply unacceptable they told me they had done all they could. Absolutely unacceptable and I implore anyone to find another car wash considering there are numerous options in the area.

I know it was a Saturday but the service I got for their "Castle treatment" was horrible for what you pay...$25.00. I had to ask them to wipe down the inside of the doors again and the threashold was dirty from them throwing the wet carmats in after "cleaning" them. My wheels werent done very well, in fact it was more like haphazardly...only three of the tires were wiped down.The vacuuming was minimal to say the least. Its frustrating to be embarassed to call them back to the car for the service that I paid for to be done. You feel rushed to get out of the way....hence the reason I should know better than to go on a Saturday. I will be hesitant to go back, even during the week.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Came here once and paid $25 dollars for a very bad wash. There were streaks on the windows and drops of soap all over the place. Not to mention the extremely fast "cleaning". I got a coupon in the mail for a free royal treatment and decided to give them a shot again today. I had to clean my windows at home because you could see drops of soap all over. They were using old rags and werent paying attention to detail at all. Not to mention the fact the guy drove my car with an opened door and almost hit it in another car. Wont be back for sure. Horrible service. I can clean my car for less money and do a much better job.

So, someone recommended Kings... Just paid $25 for a full service wash and it was not worth it! Asked the attendant before paying if the service included wiping down my chrome wheels and was told yes absolutely. Wheel well trim dirty, not cleaned, wheels are still filthy, by the time I drove less than 10 miles to my place of work, you couldnt even tell tire shine had been applied to the tires. Also, beware observe the clothe on the automated wash (filthy and stained), it does not appear they have been cleaned in quite sometime... For $25??? Not worth it, and disappointed. I wont be back.

Decent car wash, a little bit over priced for how well the lack clean the car ended up. Was disappointed with many streaks across multiple windows on the interior. They also vacuumed the interior but you can tell it was a rush job. The brushes missed a lot of spots on different sections of the car, and those spots were wiped "clean" when attendants were drying the car. I could clearly see dirt being wiped off but could tell it wasnt ever touched by soap. So wiping the car with a wet towel, and still missed spots. For same price I rather to go to Fullers.

Good service and plenty of options. I got the basic exterior wash which wasnt on the menu but was offered when I asked. I found some soap left on the car, more water should be used in the rinse cycle.

Friendly and fast, great job. Once rubbed out a lot of sap spots and made the car look great after Fullers told me l needed a paint job.
