My experience was so terrible I will never come back again. I would suggest not even wasting your money with these people. They need better training it doesnt seem like there being trained at all. I went in for an exterior and interior cleaning the outside is still dirty and so is the inside. The only thing that looks clean is the carpet from the vacuum the cup holders havent been touched nor has the exterior windows or dashboard. When I noticed that my car was still dirty I than attempted to go through the car wash again. When I got to the car wash bay my driver window fell down and never came back up again. I filled out a customer complaint with the car wash manager who was very rude. The manager kept asking me if I wanted to have my interior cleaned. I explained to him that I didnt want it cleaned because I didnt feel comfortable with them touching my car and that it shouldve been cleaned in the first place. I didnt understand what happened to my window, I can hear the motor working but the window is stuck. I demanded a refund it was like adding insult to injury, not only is my car not clean but my window was forced off track and now its stuck. Ive been using the Delta Sonic on 5th and North Ave and Melrose Park for over 15 years which made me want to stop in and visit the Downers Grove location since I moved and its closer to me. I thought it would be just as good but the Downers location sucks! This was actually my second time trying the Downers location the 1st time i went the exterior was cleaned and the interior was still dirty. These guys need training I shouldnt have to drive all the way to Melrose Park. I guess Ill just go to Vics car wash in Boilingbrook for now on.

Paid 60 Dollars for full exterior wash and interior wash + Hand wax. Had an okay exterior wash. They did the interior partially and then forgot about my car. After more than hour of wait and seeing none of the employees were even making an attempt at cleaning my car, I asked the staff. There comes the funny part, all of them had forgotten about my car. I asked for refund of the money paid for hand wax(which they hadnt even started) and the guy immediately agreed to give me refund without even apologizing for wasting my time and gas (yes car was on and idling for more than an hour). He didnt apologize for not doing the interior cleaning which I had paid. When they brought the car out, even the exterior wasnt cleaned and the detail manager and wash manager were passing the buck to each other. To the credit of wash manager, he got my car another exterior wash. But did that take care of the full menu of service(interior and exterior) I had paid for, No. Did that include the New car smell which was part of the menu, No. Did they tires look new, a definite No. After scamming me of wash price of 29.99$, they gave me something worth less than 10$. Note: The wait time told to me was15-20min for hand wax, nowhere near the 1 hour and 10 min I waited before getting my refund.

On a cold Saturday afternoon 11/8/14: For the 3rd time, no ticket at the automatic lane for car wash, people honking, no one comes from the booth, i go forward, the kid drying the car explains that anyone could say they didnt get a ticket...he could loose his job if I get tire polish extra....I park go inside, 3 people at the desk talking, finally one says hello (not "HOW CAN I MAKE YOUR DAY GOOD SIR)..I explain....two people continue to sit on the floor, one answers "no one else has reported this"..they discuss and come up with "you could go home and get your receipt from the credit card company"...I say "I dont have time for that, Im just telling you there is a problem in your auto lane....What has happened to customer care, retention and service??? I dont care about 3 bucks...I want customer care and polite caring associates.

I had recently noticed some damage on my vehicle and the only place I could think it could have happened was at the car wash. I went in and filed a complaint I was filling out the report with one individual who was nice and respectful then Louis comes out and tells me there was no way his car wash did this to my vehicle and is completely rude about it. He never introduced himself or his role, but obviously knew that the damage did not occur at the wash. He checks the video and evidence shows it did not happen there, which is fine, but he was very cocky and rude on the phone when sharing this information, like it was a personal victory for him to prove customers wrong. It is truly hit and miss here. Some individuals are very nice and respectful, then there are others like Louis that are not pleasant people to deal with.

Used the service two times (only because I prepaid for a two time wash package). Exterior was OK. Interior cleaning was terrible. In one of the two cases, the back seat area was totally ignored, all the dirty stuff on the floor from the winter was there, not even touched. They do ask you to check the car before you accept it, but there were too many places that wasnt done. The guy seemed didnt know that part needs to be cleaned, and keep staring at me and wait for my approval of the work. Once I got home, found a lot more spots that were not even touched. Both times were extremely disappointing.

this place can be amazing if the right people are working there. sometimes they have really mean people inside at the registers, but that is getting better. you need to complain to get that fixed. overall, they people working the car drying area are great. they really care about the car. i was there today and it could not have been better. the girl inside was as nice and friendly as could be. the guys drying the car really went over it. now i feel guilty i only tipped 2 bucks,. i would recommend this place highly

Good but not great. I got their Super Kiss Plus wash and asked them to focus on removing all the bugs from the front-end. Just to be safe, I also had them do a quick hand wax to make sure they would have time to focus on the bugs. They washed the car and did the hand wax, somehow working around most of the bugs. They had friendly service and everybody seemed to be working hard. I was just hoping for a better wash / wax.

Interior Wash- They missed so many things and the guy gave me an attitude when I asked if they can clean everything. They put 2 air fresheners in my car last time and they only put one this time. I will come back but hopefully next time they will actually get everything I asked for. When my mom went in there she said that they used moldy towels to clean her car and her car smelled like mold.

What a rip off. Spent $15 for an interior cleaning. Asked to concentrate on carpets and windows. Mats were washed. Carpet on the drivers side is still filthy with winter salt dust. Windshield is so streaked it is worse to look thru than it was originally. Looked in the cup holders only to see that they werent touched. They still have dirt in them. For $15 plus tip, certainly NOT worth it.
