WARNING!! This place is owned and operated by irresponsible people. I took my car in for a complete detail on July 1st, 2010 and was surprised by the incompetence and dishonesty of both the owner (TIM) and he employees (mainly "AL"). First, I dropped off my car at 8 AM and it was promised to me by 2. Needless to say, but my car wasnt ready until 530PM. Second, When I dropped off my car I told AL that I didnt want the engine washed because of the possibility of damage. Of course when I picked it up the engine was washed. This speaks to their inability to follow the customers request. Thirdly, upon leaving the facility (I was still on the property) I noticed a crack in my windshield. I spoke to Tim (owner) and he look at the windshield, acknowledged that something hit the windshield, said that he would send "his glass guy" to fix it once he spoke to AL. With that understanding in mind, we shook hands. The next day I called and spoke to AL. He acknowledged that my car was not in that condition when it arrived at the shop, but denied having breaking it and said that the pressure of their car wash might have broken it. After not receiving any phone calls from Tim, I decided to call him. He said that although he didnt know what occurred he would not pay for it. At most, he would meet me half way. So his suggestion was that after paying 170 for a detail, I should have to pay an additional 150 (half of a new windshield) for THEM negligence. He hung up the phone on me when I tried to reason with him. I spoke to the co-owner and he said that if i wanted a new windshield, my only course of action would be to SUE THEM. Had I known that this is how they handle their customers I would not have taken my car there. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I knew that this was a new business in Wheaton and wanted to support them, but I suspect that with dishonesty and bad service, this business will not last long. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place and so should you.

I am very disappointed in this car wash place. Let me start with the fact that I have never written a bad review on Yelp because I dont like to leave negative comments on someones business, however, after yesterdays car wash I felt that I just have to write this review. I have to say that I have a pretty clean car because its pretty new and I dont drive many people around in it. So my car usually needs to be dusted and vacuumed and the windows need to be cleaned. After going through the wash I personally asked the owner if she could blow out the vents in my car and vacuum the trunk. Neither of those two things were done. The back of my car wasnt even vacuumed. The clear which plastic that covers the gauges wasnt wiped down, the widows had a film of dirt and smudges all over, my trunk wasnt touched either bc it had leaves in it and little pebbles, the steering wheel wasnt wiped down, the doors on the inside werent even touched. I think the only thing they did was vacuum. The guy maybe spent all of 5 min cleaning my car. I will never go to this car wash. I will never recommend it.

Unbelievable service! My 97 Toyota Corolla is being used heavily as a commuter car, and was once the main vehicle used with our first-born child for the first year or so of her infancy. Needless to say, the interior of the car was *disgusting.* I took it in at around noon for a full interior detail (completely ashamed at the condition of my car). At around 5 they called that it was ready. The inside of my car is now PRISTINE!!! Its literally in better condition than it was when we first bought it from Carmax a few years ago. I cant say enough about the quality of work, and the courtesy and professionalism of the employees and staff. Couldnt recommend them more highly! Thank you so much!!! Its like a new car!!!

I had my car flood, about an inch of standing water. I took it in with no appointment and they did a full carpet shampoo while I waited. This place has great prices, and they do an excellent job. I went here a year ago here a year ago and had a full detailing, this took longer, but I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up later that afternoon. I highly recommend this place, and I will continue to go back

Simply put, the service I received was not up to basic standards. Staff was unprofessional, the timing of the service exceeded what I was told, and the prices are not as reasonable considering the poor service you get. Id recommend you keep looking elsewhere for a good car wash or detail location and skip this place. Not to mention, the careless practice of the handle they have on your vehicle.

Use them all the time, always get service that is above and beyond. They go the extra mile. Owner even drives me back home after I drop off the car. Decided to keep car I was thinking of selling after detail--its like new! I cant recommend this place enough.

Great new car wash. New equipment and cheaper than the other car wash places in the area. They wash and hand dry your car for $5 bucks. Car wash and tip is about the same price as a gas station wash, but much better quality.
