Went through the "ultimate" wash today . Car was still visibly gritty and the kid on the end was drying with old looking towels and paint on my 2016 had long and circular scratches. I also saw the many dirty areas of the car with sandy, mud and salt. There was also two gummy residue areas I pointed out. He just said I dont know what that is and kept cleaning. He told me see the streaks of water running out from the side mirrors? You can tell them at the entrance to blow out the excess water. I said at the entrance there is no water on the car to blow out. He said yeah but they will write it on the glass to blow it out after the wash. Huh? Youre at the end... Why dont you just do it when you see it like now? He said because not all cars need it. This kid was just dumb or had no sense of customer service. I would have just done it when I saw it streaming water down the side. I would have also ran and got some bug or tar remover solvent wiped the chewing gum, sap or what ever it was off. I would have also changed towels seeing how dirty it still was before he got it in his towel and scratched my paint. Or I would have ran it through again. I also would have gotten the manager or detail guy two looks at the scratches. This is the first machine wash this car has been thru. I always hand wash but I hadnt gotten the salt from the undercarriage. They are lucky if they dont get a letter from my lawyer. I now have and appt on the 19th to have the paint correction done at a detail shop for $400. I will call my attorney and ask him. I took all the photos while he was drying. Car looked like crap and I had to get back to work so I didnt have time to complain to the manager. I will be calling them tomorrow.

I had my car exterior car washed. As it came through the wash, I noticed that snow was still on top of my car. I asked them to wash it again as it must not be that clean if it left snow on top of my car. The manager argued with me saying they dont wash off snow; only dirt. So please heed my warning and avoid getting your car washed here unless you only have dirt on your car. Terrible service...terrible management...hateful employees.

Went in for a carwash and after getting home found a big chunk missing from my wheel and tire. Seems like they did not pull it on the track correctly. The damage was obviously fresh so I went back in to show the manager hector and he was not interested in helping me at all.

I am surprised at some of the negative comments. I have been coming here for 15+ years and never had a problem. Ive had other services than just the car wash too and have been satisfied with the quality of their work and the service.

Unprofessional staff, you pay for the best wash they have, and they didnt even vacuumed the interior, dindt do even the dashboard, asked for the tire shine, didnt do it! Be aware of them, find another place to take care of your car!

Love this place. Have been going there for 3 years. My daughter gives me gift certificates every Christmas. Sometimes I add on services like mats, & carpet. In and out quickly. Try to go once a month

Paid $32 including tips and still had dirty floors and doors. Tried this place two times and both times still had to do my own vacuuming after. Stay away.
