Have been taking my car here since it opened. Never a problem. Went this weekend and they were very busy, as it was a really nice day on Saturday. They must have sped up the conveyor due to the volume of business, since the car went through really fast and was not at all dry when I drove out. I parked to dry off my car and noticed my rear wiper was ripped off in the car wash and when I pointed this out to the guy at the desk he basically shrugged, said the manager was not there and gave me 2 phone numbers to call. One went to a voice mail and the other said the voice mail box was not set up. Im hoping they make good on this because if the conveyor was going the normal speed this never would have happened.

Never going back to this place ever again!! Scratched my rim on a two week old Mercedes! Completely unprofessional! When asked to repair damages the girl at the booth told me there was nothing that could be done because the owners wasnt there and he wasnt going to come to the wash either that day. I asked for the name and was told theres three of them. Refused to give me a contact number for any of them. She took a picture and said "Ill send it to the owner" and theyll contact me.. Never heard from anyone! If you care about your car stay away from this place!

This car wash needs to pull back on the force of their brushes. I have lost a car magnet that remained on my van through other washes. Then, today, my van rocked back and forth from the force of the brushes and it tore my back windshield wiper off my van! If it was loose and at risk of coming off, the man should have told me when he put the plastic cover on the wiper before I entered the car wash. When I took the remnants of my wiper and metal spring to the bearded man at the car wash, he accused me of "scamming" them. That was completely unprofessional!

Was disappointed this time. Sent through the car wash without wash which I paid for but the manager said well since we have to clean it up anyway with clay bar (spent 100) that wouldnt matter. I get home to see swirl marks and my hood and roof looked undone. And I even.stressed about my windows and rims, and both had to he done over once o got home. Mind you I couldnt do it because of my knees being broken. I wont be back. The car wash down the street from them is 10 bucks and even with no wipe down is beeyer than this place mini detail...

I paid over $200 for a full interior and exterior detailing. Not only did they do a poor job with the wash, but they caused thousands of dollars of damage to my car! $2,140 to be exact. They ripped ff the interior of my car door. Probably the inexperienced teenagers fooling around. The on site manager "cant do anything" and the regional manager refuses to call me back. I have no idea what I am going to do yet. On top of all of that they wont even refund the money that I paid. I have to go through my credit card company.

I have no experience with their detailing services, but theyre automatic car wash is the best in the area. Both our sedan and suv always come out spotless, and with no scratches or mangled license plates. Its also one of the few automatic car washes I feel comfortable with not folding in my mirrors. Another thing I like is the air dryers are heated and actually completely dry the car off. Also, I usually do the cheapest wash at only $3. You cant beat that.

Horrible.i felt like Ive been ripped off paid $200 for a full detail. First of all it took 8 hrs and there was wax still smeared all over my car, didnt get buffed, wax all over my windows, it was a $40 detail at most. The manager even agreed with me but refuse to refund my money told me to bring it in during the week to finish it but I explained I work 6 days a week. Dont waste your money biggest rip off ever.

Since this place has opened its gone down hill, it seems like there is a new owner every time I go, I like going because its close at times but the equipment is barely working. The wash is hard on your car, there is never really someone at the station to get you started and take your money. Its hard to see this place go down because some of the workers here are really nice.

Good car wash, especially when you get the $12 wash. They dry the car and clean the interior very nicely, even air freshener square under the seat and tire shine. I am a repeat customer and I am very happy with their service. They blow the doors off Delta Sonic for value and quality, and they seem to take pride in their work. I will return when the rain stops!

The customer service and detail job was horrible. The car wasnt cleaned. All they did was take a cloth and wipe the car to cover the dirt. I called for a refund and the manager said he had an emergency and wasnt there to see the final product. Requested a refund and they said no.

I went through the car wash and after wards my vehicle had tiny brown specs all over it. I found out it is due to metal particles being in the car wash that get on your vehicle and basically rust on the surface. Never again will I go to this car wash.

They stayed late just to shampoo the seats for me because it reallllly needed to be done. The man that cleaned my car went above and beyond Ill be coming back for a full detail!
